Crystal Creek Apartments

This is the forth apartment I’ve lived in at this complex over the past 17 years. These are, by far, the noisiest apartments I’ve lived in. The area is absolutely gorgeous. They keep the grounds exceptionally well. The apartments, not so much. The floors are thin and you can hear «everything» that goes on upstairs. In every building the kitchens butt up against the bedrooms, so you if you are on the wrong side you hear cabinets banging early morning and late at night. Although the appliances are fairly new, they are cheap. The sign out front says «Elegant» but these apartments are definitely NOT elegant, more like average. Instead of walking around the complex, the maintenance people drive around all day in a very noisy John Deere Cart. You may get a peaceful hour here and there, but there is always something going on to disrupt the peace. It is too bad, with some soundproofing in the floor, felt on the cabinets, and an electric cart, they could cut down on much of the noise, but in all those years they’ve never cared to correct even the simplest noise issues.
