Crews Lasik & Cataract Center

A great thing! Dr. Crews has excellent bedside manner and his staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve been wearing eyeglasses for over 25 years and have always been too scared to have corrective eye surgery. I decided to go in for a free consultation and schedule surgery; I’m glad I did. The surgery was in the morning and the afternoon was spent at home relaxing. The next morning I drove myself to the office for a follow up and found I know have ²⁰⁄₁₅ vision. ²⁰⁄₁₅ the day after surgery! On my way home I stopped by the DMV to get the corrective lense restriction removed from my license. I couldn’t be happier with my vision. Thanks Dr. Crews!

Doctor Crews was personable and professional during both the consultation and laser/​surgical appointments. Appreciated the chair-​side manner Dr. Crews provided during the procedure and his phone call at home later that night. I had minor discomfort overnight due to my heat pump blowing dry air on my face and drying my eyes. Increasing drops took care of it immediately. Super important to follow the doctor’s directions. Amazing sight correction overnight! So glad my neighbors told me about Dr. Crews! Thank you Darla!

All I can saw is WOW. I am blown away by how amazing the staff is here and the level of service I recieved. I went in for lasik yesterday and a few hours later was having a lot of pain and unable to open my eyes. Anika stayed late for me to arrive and put some miracle drops in my eyes… and for the first time I was able to see clearly. She double checked my eyes and they were ok, just very dry. She gave me some amazing eye drops and instructions on how to use them. A few hours later the doctor himself called to see how I was and apologized that he wasn’t there when I came back in… he was at another clinic with more patients. I am so amazed that the doctor called at 8 at night just to make sure I can see… and by then I could. Then today I saw them again and got more amazing service. I highly recommend them for all lasik needs. They go above and beyond

Outstanding Results ²⁰⁄₁₅! I was very impressed at how involved and hands on Dr. Crews was with my procedure from beginning to end. Out of all the Lasik institutes I went to, Dr. Crews was the only dotor who personally interviewed me and answered all of my questions. Great staff assistance and accommodations.

This place is great! Professional and fast. I was terrified before getting Lasik but they kept me calm and I can see better than ²⁰⁄₂₀ now! Lasik was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and I can’t recommend Dr. Crews enough.

Had my Lasik done yesterday. A wonderful doctor. Amazing bedside manner. I can see in high definition! I have no regrets on using Dr. Crews and his team. He has a ton of experience, you won’t find a better doctor. And he has two lasers for both standard and custom Lasik. Great experience, stop doing research and just go in for a free evaluation. I had cataract surgery 3 weeks ago, receiving a multifocal Tecnis lens implant. I have never had good correction in the affected eye, being told by other doctors I have lazy eye. Dr Crews diagnosed me with a congenital cataract. Today my near vision is awesome. At first I felt like I got mono vision but with the passage of time my distance vision is improving every day. Dr Crews is awesome. He showed me my options and made his recommendation for which I am grateful.

Got my LASIK done here 2 years ago and still loving it ! Whole staff was welcoming and friendly. Doctor is amazing and soft spoken seems to really care for his staff and patients. They do payments here which is always something people like and look for as well as they make sure you watch some videos so you know what to expect as well as what to choose for your procedure. Bouncy back time was quick I was back to work the next day just you have to be careful when washing your face and get to do a lot of eye drops for a week so long as your good with those two shouldn’t have problems

So I guess I could parrot what all the other reviewers are saying about how great Dr. Crews is (professional, experienced, nice staff etc) but thats not a good use of your time. So I will just say that I should find out if Dr Crews can turn water into wine because he sure can make the partially blind see. Long story short, let Dr Crews do your Lasik, he’s basically Jesus. 5 stars!

Dr. Crews has a great bedside manor. He is very knowledgable and walks you thru the whole procedure putting you more at ease. I actually had my lasik done 9 years ago and unfortunately my eyes got bad again, he introduced me to mono vision so I only had to do one eye, which saved me a bunch of money. I came all the way from Corvallis just so I could go to Dr. Crews.

Got my LASIK surgery two weeks ago. Dr. Crews is one if the best. Went in for a consult and was so impressed by their professionalism and customer service that I scheduled my procedure right away. Best money I ever spent! Dr. Crews even personally called me the night post-​surgery. He made sure I was okay. My favorite part was during the procedure, he tells you everything that he is doing. Like a play by play. Made me feel less nervous. I highly recommend this place!

Can’t say enough about Dr. Crews and his staff. I had my LASIK surgery done about 30 days ago and I have never seen better than I am now. I was pretty much blind (–5.25) without my contacts and now I can wake up seeing ²⁰⁄₁₅. I’ve always had excellent up close vision and that has remained the same. The process was completely painless, quick and easy! Hopefully, I’ll make a few more putts on the golf course this summer.

Dr. Crews gave me the gift of vision 14-​years ago.
I used to struggle with contact lenses and purchased these products from him until he finally convinced me that I was the perfect candidate for vision correction surgery.
I came to the conclusion that I ran more of a risk of damaging my eyes with contact lenses and wanted to put an end to struggling with these objects which occasionally got caught up under my eye-​lids. The ER visit at 12:30 in the morning was the last straw.
Today I still have ²⁰⁄₂₀ vision and the technology is better today then when I had it done over a decade ago. Dr. Crews is a caring and extremely competent physician and I still see him regularly for routine eye exams although not as frequently since giving up contacts.

I had my LASIK surgery back in April and I’ve been seeing clearly since! I didn’t have any major problems, just a little expected light sensitivity and dryness, which all passed quickly. I can see at least ²⁰⁄₂₀ now and even close to ²⁰⁄₁₅. It’s been a blessing to wake up and see clearly without having to put in contacts or glasses.

I got exactly what I was looking for here– LASIK surgery from an experienced doctor at a reasonable price. A couple of coworkers of mine went to Dr. Crews for their corrective surgeries with great success and talked me into it. My surgery went well, and I was able to see ²⁰⁄₁₅ the next morning. Dr. Crews and his staff are very friendly, and he personally called that evening to make sure that I was doing okay. However, it is a bit inconvenient that they seem to schedule multiple patients for the same time slot which is prior to Dr. Crews getting there in the morning. Very happy with my results and wish I would have done this sooner!

I was not impressed with Dr Crews at all. I’ve been in for my own eye surgery with him. I was happy with the results even though they are temporary. However, his bed side manor is very poor. He is very impatient and it is obvious that his work is a means to only support his lifestyle. I saw him several years ago and recently took my 20+ son in for an eye exam with him. Nothing has changed. I would rather pay more money elsewhere and be treated better.

Wonderful! A friendfrom work recommended Dr. Crews and it was by FAR the best recommendation for a doctor I’ve ever had. He explained everything thoroughly and worked quickly, talking me through everything. Dr. Crews is the BEST. He even called me the evening after my surgery to make sure everything was going alright. I had a wonderful experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had Lasik a year ago and traveled to Vancouver from Eugene just because of Dr. Crews.
I had a friend that had used Dr. Crews and was very happy. I was able to save over $ 1500 from the cost quoted to me in Eugene. Dr. Crews explained that this was because he has his own lasers and some of the other eye docs had to rent theirs ~ which is spendy.
The staff was nice and Dr. Crews was very knowledgeable. I was a little freaked out because we’re talking about my eyes, after all. He was thorough and explained each step. The surgery was easy and I have no regrets.
I had my one year check up and brought my boyfriend in for his consultation. His surgery is scheduled for this Thursday!
I appreciate Dr. Crews and his office. I am so happy to be able to see when I wake up in the morning!
