Construction Pipeline

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!!!
Iv been paying $ 100/​month for construction leads… and not gained a SINGLE qualified lead or job.
I have repeatedly asked their incompetent technical support to adjust the settings so that we recieved leads that actually relate to our industry… and was constantly promised that outcome… which never happened.
When on the phone canceling their service after a year of no leads — they proceeded to tell me «We are not a lead generation company, we are simply handing out information so you can call General Contractors to see if they have future work for you… «
IN OTHER WORDS… DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY, GO TO BLUE BOOK AND CALL GENERAL CONTRACTORS DIRECTLY.

They will not stop calling my office! Even after multiple attempts asking them to stop. Everyone on the phone is extremely rude. I answered one day with the phone on mute so they couldn’t hear me and the proceeded to talk crap on their customers. They have also left several voice mails where they didn’t realize the answering machine picked up and they were caught doing the same thing. Just today I finally asked them to stop calling again and they hung up on me before I could even get my whole request out.

Im not sure if this is bad company or if they just hire the WORST salesmen ever… their boy Chris has called our office at least 2 or 3 dozen times even tho we have specifically asked him NOT to call ever again and to please put us on their do not call list. he is rude and gets belligerent when we tell him we are not interested… im not sure what planet that tactic works on but its not going to bring in business thats for sure…
my advice: hang up

This appears to be a shady company. My brother received numerous phone calls, they practically became his friend when he said he was not computer savvy they said they would walk him through the process to set up an account. Foolishly he did. They said we need your credit card to set up the account BUT WILL NOT charge your card. He specifically said do not send me any leads by the computer as I do not use one. An account was set up, never used and charges were billed on his card for over a year until his wife noticed it. I know again foolishly he should have been checking his card BEFORE paying it each month, but many people do not do this. Anyone who says they do not use a computer and the company says I will help you set up an account… don’t fall for it! This is taking advantage of people who TRUST. They have tried to call my house and get my husband to sign up also — Sorry, we have your number. Some lessons are learned the hard way… from your pocket.

These guys are great don’t know why so few people post the positives

I think the sales reps are hurting this company. They call multiples times a day even after asking them not to call. After a while we were even getting threatening calls from a rep by the name of Derek in Vancouver. We would have spent more time in researching & considering this company but definitely not after his behavior. It’s unfortunate for Construction Pipeline & their long term success.

They are the worst company I have ever delt with in the construction industry. I cancelled my account and they seemed to keep charging me for bogus leads. I am looking for there license number and can’t find one. THEY ARE COMPLETE CROOKS. DO NOT USE THEM. Like the one man said they are bottom feeders.

I agree with YC’s comment… crooks. Shady company, bad reviews on BBB and Rip Off Report:

They keep calling my company asking for the owner and when I ask what it’s regarding they have the audacity to just hang up on me. Seriously? You think we’re going to work with you when your bottom feeder — socially ignorant employees can’t even handle simple phone etiquette?
I Googled them today and called their corporate office telling them what’s been happening and a very nice lady apologized and said she’d remove our number from their call list. We’ll see if that happens.

They are CROOKS.
They will offer you a «FREE TRIAL» Then keep your CC information and continue to charge you.
It looks like they’ve recently hired someone to remove a lot of their negative ratings. Fortunately for us (Unfortunate for them) they cannot erase their complaints on the BBB’s website.
Do yourself a favor, SAVE your sanity, your hard earned money and a lot of headache. Don’t work with them.
