it’s been almost 2 years, problems with my laptop again. Because of the positive experience I had last time, decided to go back. Yikes! had to spend $ 400.00, a bit of a chunk into the retirement budget. Alex assures me that it needed a new hard drive. Works great, and as long as it continues to I’ll recommend this business to my friends and come back again.

Brought our broken and seemingly irreparable iphone 5 to him this morning thinking it would be $ 400 and three weeks till we got it back. And by the way, we weren’t going to spend the $ 400 but figured it would come in that high. In five seconds he said, yep $ 135 and 45 minutes will be as good as new. Went to Lowes to pick up some stuff for the house, came back and literally was good as new with time to spare. He was extremely professional and honored exactly what he said he was going to. We’re bringing a slightly cracked ipad to him this week and looking forward to doing business with them going forward.

I was charged $ 350 to have my hard drive replaced. It would have cost me $ 200 at the apple store. The hard drive then lasted for about 6 months. It should have been under warranty so when I took it back in they told me it only had a 6 month warranty. I looked up the hard drive online and it should have had a 3 year warranty. When I went to pick up my hard drive because everything seemed very fishy to me they returned to me a hard drive with no sticker on it and forceful damage to it. I then went to best buy to have a new hard drive put in which took 5 minutes and cost me $ 100. They gawked at the hard drive explaining to me they had never ever seen one with out stickers or so badly damaged. Thanks CompRite for your fishy, crappy and overpriced service. If anyone is interested in a class action suit let me know! :)

WilliamR. I, not being tech savvey, chose to take my asus ultrabook in to comprite before ever reading any reviews about them first… BIGMISTAKE!!! The first time I took it into them they seemed to know what they were doing, however, shortly after getting it home something else came up regaurding my PC. Based on the warrenty I was given on my first reciet, I took it back in to be re-diagnosed and repaired in the same way they repaired it the first time, based on the notes they kept on file… I don’t believe, for a minute, that they even consulted their notes as they stated they did. When I brought it home the second time… it was unrecognizable. Know I have to explore other options to un-do the mess they made of it.

Very good service!!! I brought both my sister computer and my iPad with cracked screen lcd here back a few weeks ago. Their turn around time was great!!! Their prices are very reasonable with a flat rate structure considering they were able to repair my iPad and my sister computer that died a sad death from me spilling orange juice sauce on. I would definitely come to them for any future computer problems.

No stars. This is the most unscrupulous business we have ever dealt with. It was our mistake for not checking the negative reviews before going there with our computer. The brothers tag team their customers with ignorrance, rudeness, and creepiness. They overcharged our credit card, then demanded more in cash in order to return our computer to us, only to discover they had not fixed our computer at all, it is now useless… just like this«business.» Consider yourself warned.

Deceptive, inflated costs. Said they would apply diagnosis to repair costs, instead they inflated the repair cost saying there was additional labor costs to replace a part that they had to remove to diagnose. They did not provide the replaced part(could have been a loose connection) or a breakdown of costs for parts and labor. Avoid these crooks.

Stopped by today with my dead 1−½ year old laptop. The gentleman behind the counter tried a different cord, then said maybe it had a power serge. Took out the battery and it started working. Put it back and it worked. I was there about 5 minutes and no charge, great place
