Ordered a large fry and burger, when I politely asked if I could«please have a bunch of ketchup» the tall, skinny white guy working there through 4 measly small packets of ketchup in my bag; no way an adequate amount of ketchup for the order, especially considering the fact that the burger has no ketchup on it to begin with. I can forgive mistakes, but this slight was no accident. Was intentionally skimping me on ketchup meant as some kind of meager protest for the penitence you feel about your occupation? Check your attitude Burgerville employee, it is unbecoming. Considering the fact that burgerville is egregious overpriced when compared to similar fast food restaurants I expect an adequate amount of ketchup, and also, the burger was cold. I wish I could say otherwise but this is not the first time I’ve been disappointed with burgerville.

Just a plain Olé birgerville. Food tastes the same as the other loacations. Nothing to complain about or rave about. Although I do love the small cheeseburgers and the turkey burgers.

Miles was an awesome server. He helped us with everything and provided excellent customer service. He brought us extra chili fries when we were shorted some without us asking and was polite and helpful all while working on new years New Year’s Day. Thanks Miles!

Location is convenient, employees go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I crave their burgers on a daily basis!

My first experience trying burgerville. I Ordered the half pound burger also the fish and chips. The burger did not disappoint. But the fish and chips on the other hand fell far from expectation. $ 9.99 for 3 piece fish seemed a little steep but considering it was wild fish I thought it would be worth a try. After receiving our order we find 3 very small and thin pieces of fish. I expressed my disappointment the staff and manager and she kindly swapped out my fish and chips for a burger. The manager was very sweet. Overall I recommend this place for quality and customer service. I would just avoid the fish

So I’m not sure why I went to this place at all because they couldn’t even make my burger right. Took them 3 times to finally make it right and I only made one simple change which was add ketchup. Once I got my burger it came to no surprise that it was awful tasting and in a last resort for something to eat I grabbed a fry which was cold. So yea go here if u have plenty of time to kill and money to waste because you will be going somewhere else for real food.

Why do you have to charge for ranch dressing, but only tell me this AFTER you take my payment?! So ridiculous. The food here is fine, nothing special, easy to grab for lunch. The chocolate banana milkshake is very tasty though, definitely recommended.

The girls in the drive thru are ALWAYS so rude here. I’ve been coming here for over a year and they’re NEVER nice to me. So fed up with this location. Corporate needs to take a look at this store.

The consistency of this Burgerville is not what one would hope for. There are better locations around town. I stop here for shakes.

I received fast and accurate service here. The fish and chips were delicious. I can always count on burgerville not to taste like fast food.

Solid Burgerville location. Always clean, friendly employees, and decent grub. Nice and chilly in the summer too! They bus the tables for you. And last but not least… water is drinkable, yay!

I don’t know what it is about this location, but every time I go there, they get something wrong. This time, they gave me a turkey burger rather than a turkey club. Evidently the buttons must be next to each other on the screen, for it’s happened before. When I called to speak to the manager, he didn’t seem surprised but wanted me to come back that night for another sandwich. Rather than a credit with the store, I asked him for a gift card to be mailed to me. I’ll post when I get it. Hopefully, it will cover the cost of the sandwich. Other locations — such as the downtown an Clark College one are fab! This one, meh. ~ ~ ~ ~ I did get a gift card in the mail for $ 5. It was enough to cover the sandwich and tax but nothing else. No excuse for their mistake, none of my inconvenience. This is not BV’s usual style. When I’ve worked customer service, I’ve bent over backwards to make the situation correct. This time I’m greatly disappointed and will never go to this one again. Double-pouty lip.

Drive-thru was tad slow, but Manager on-duty made up for our inconvience with a gift card. Shakes was delicious, burgers tasty, but fries could be better. The next time, I’m in the area, I would stop by again.

I usually avoid fast food unless I’m desperate, but the other day I needed food and I needed it fast. Thus the drive-in trip to Burgerville, which my husband claims has food that is actually edible. As usual, he was right. The food was edible. My mayonnaise-drenched rosemary chicken sandwich tasted fine once I’d performed a mayonnaise removal operation. I cringed at the amount of greasy, fried breading on my daughter’s chicken strips, but at least she enjoyed them – along with the fries and smoothie(which tasted like a milkshake, not like any smoothie I’ve ever encountered – I would guess it had the nutritional content of a Blizzard). What was less than stellar was the drive-through experience. I could hardly hear the girl taking my order, and I guess the problem was mutual, because after I paid for my order, I realized that I had been charged for the wrong order. God help you if you ever need to change your order once that little window is closed, because there is no way to get the employee’s attention other than knocking on the window. Which I did for about 5 minutes before one of them deigned to notice me, looking quite irate that I would have the audacity to try to get their attention. After I did, I kind of wished I hadn’t – the girl who had taken my order was as obnoxious as one can imagine a teenager could possibly be(and they do excel in that regard). Apparently I’m an idiot for not knowing how many chicken strips should be in a kid’s order, and it was all my pathetic fault that she didn’t hear what I’d ordered correctly. And what was my problem for trying to get their attention to fix the order before they made up the wrong one and wasted a bunch of perfectly edible food? Ugh. I’m going to start packing emergency rations in my car. Edible food isn’t worth this much hassle.

This was my first visit to Burgerville since I moved to the area. I have heard great things about the place so we finally decided to try it out last week. The inside reminds be a little bit of «Saved by the Bell» but not in a bad way, the cashier greeted us promptly and the restaurant was really clean. I ordered the pepper bacon burger and it was delicious! The fries were average but good. The price is a bit high for a burger but you can beat the fresh ingredients. Next time I go here I will definitely make sure to save $ 1 or 2 and do the survey on the back of the receipt for 15% off my order. *hint hint*

I worked at Burgerville as a teen. I have only gone back a few times, since I live out of state. My family and I went here on New Years Day, and it was very slow. We ordered our food, and I wanted to order a strawberry milkshake, one of my favorite items from my two and a half years working there. The girl behind the counter informed me that the shake machine had stopped working the night before, and they only had specialty shakes(including the chocolate hazelnut, which some coworkers and I invented-no joke!). I sulked and said that I would just have soda. We got our receipt, and it had itemized calorie counts! That was so cool. Our food was brought to our table, and our food was very good. I was disappointed with how few of the waffle fries I was given, but I ordered some more to share at the table. They were very kind and came by to clear our baskets, etc. Well, towards the end of the meal, the girl brought me a strawberry milkshake! She said they just got the machine working again. How sweet is that? On a side note, you must know that Burgerville is not your typical fast food restaurant-it is a little expensive.
