its been a while since i went to bridge but every time i drive by its gives a bad vibe so finally here is my review hopefully save someone some time and money, this is a business that is all about money, i went in did the whole work up was told x rays and what not were all free i went ahead and signed up for a treatment plan that was $$$$ but i hurt bad enough i didn’t care, however the next week i had another injury i couldn’t even move my neck so having adjustments was not going to happen i decided to cancel and guess what all those free X-rays and five minutes to try out there machines cost me 100’s of dollars, apparently they were not free of course i complained and after a lot of difficult conversation i finally got a few bucks nocked off, it was still the most expensive visit i have and ever will pay again. the dr. is a very good sales person and the ladies at the from are very pushy, every one seems to get the same thing its not individualized, just not my thing.

The WORST! I called them the first thing this morning, my back was hurting so bad because I slipped on the icy sidewalk the day before. I could hardly stand up straight it hurt so bad. Went in, the place is nice and clean, people are nice. However, all the visit today was for was an initial consolation. Filled out a lot of paper work, they gave me a tour, then met with the Dr. Right off the bat he was asking me questions that didn’t pertain to my current back issue. He was trying to lay the ground work for long term treatment plan. Yes my back previously bothered me… but nothing that was as disabling as the injury the day before. Previous back problems were not the issue today. After answering all his questions he told me what the plan was. He was going to step out for a few minutes, then he’d be back to do an exam and take x-rays. That he did. And that was all. He said before he could do any adjustments he had to very carefully study the x-rays. He scheduled an appointment for me the next Monday. So I have to go all weekend long hunched over in pain. So I spent an hour, in the office when I could hardly stand up straight giving them the ability to set me up on a long term treatment plan and them tell me he couldn’t do an adjustment to help me out today. He’d schedule an appointment for me the next Monday. I’ve been going to chiropractors off and on for the past 30 yrs. I’ve only had 1 take x-rays. The Dr. looked at them right then and proceeded with a treatment to relieve the issue. Bridge Chiropractic is looking for long term patients. That’s fine if you’re in an accident and someone else is paying the bill. I know from experience he could have done an adjustment today and I could have walked out feeling better. Warning…if you’re self pay, be ready for them to drain your wallet!!! I won’t be back. I’ll find a chiropractor that’s interested in helping me out when I need it. Not next week!!!
