If I could give 5 stars on the coffee alone I would. But I wish I could give 0 stars on the costumer service experience today. Kelly was my cashier and gave me little to none effort on taking my order. Did not have any kind of sense of urgency to get the line down. She took my coffee order with a lot of attitude and a overall unwelcoming experience. I’m disappointed, and will not recommend this location to anyone, In fact I will advice to stay away.

5 stars just doesn’t cover it for me! I’ve had some so-​so coffee before. And oh buddy, I’ve had some horrid crap. But I came here and instead of going for my normal French Vanilla Latte, I thought to give a Peppermint Mocha a try.
I have never tasted heaven in a cup until I took that first sip. It was the sweetest, most delicious coffee drink I have EVER had!
I would say at LEAST 95% of any coffee I buy — I have to add TON of sugar to make it sweet (on top of what they put in it. No matter how many «extra sweets» I tell them, it always tasted burnt. I’m looking at you Dutch Bros!). But not this! I can drink Brewed Awakenings just as it is and love every single bit of it! I tried Starbucks Peppermint Mocha and all I could compare it too was stinky feet. I kept telling my husband it tasted like feet lol. It was so NASTY computer to Brewed Awakenings coffee!
I have since bought beans from them so I can have a cup at home. My husband has converted to them lol. I’ve gotten to know the girls (and they me) and I will go out of my way to hit up Brewed Awakenings every chance I can get (and I will try to make it to this particular store if I’m able)!!

Same old same!
Quality mixed coffees, mochas, shakes, italian sodas, and fresh pastries. The staff is friendly and helpful, and even patient when you cant decide what you want today!
The parking lot is usually pretty clean (they send someone out a number of times through the day with a sweeper and a little dustpan on a handle).
The patio is nice on a crisp morning, or a weekend day to enjoy the afternoon breeze.

I love Brewed Awakenings! It’s yummy coffee I love the iced mind bender double shot with caramel and cream, and also a triple shot iced with vanilla and honey with cinnamon sprinkled and a little cream. It’s so refreshing and yummy all around! and the caramel cooler lol

I’ve had a hard time with this location. The drive through and parking lot are sort of difficult. I have tried to customize my drink a few times from their classics off the menu, but it has been wrong several times. The employees are friendly, and their pastries are delicious! But the lines can be slow and I haven’t always had exactly what I’ve ordered.

Probably one of my favorite locations! The coffee is always good! The staff is always friendly! After a year, and countless visits — I have absolutely nothing to complain about!
If your not sure what to order, try anything that sounds good… you really can’t go wrong! Try the Black Forest Moca — definitely one of my favorites!

Brewed Awakenings is hands down my favorite coffee shop. I always order their iced Americano with caramel and cream, and half the time. Half the time the baristas recognize me and start my order ASAP. Because they are super busy I always give myself about fifteen minutes, but it’s generally a shorter wait. The baristas are the nicest people I’ve met in customer service. They have beautiful live plants in the store too. The atmosphere isn’t the greatest because it’s definitely meant for a drive through experience but they make up for it in their wide selection and delicious locally roasted coffee.

Frequenter of Brewed Awakenings and let me just say, this location is new to me but by far the one with the best customer service. Gina is a delight and embodies the lovely service that I always receive when driving through the good old brewed awakenings in my hood. I appreciate the care and attention to service. I also always get a great cup of coffee on top of that. Smoothies are excellent as well. Keep it up.
Also, if you are looking to change up your order, Brewed Awakenings is one of the only coffee branches I know that offers a hemp milk substitute… I am obsessed!

Favorite place for a quick cup of coffee. Basically, I love them. I think they are amazing. I used to go from place to place every morning for coffee and was never really satisfied but this place ALWAYS gets my drink PERFECT every time and I love that about them. A small white cow mocha keeps me going all day. They are consistent in their flavors unlike other places where the drink is rushed through and it tastes different depending on who makes it. They even remember that I don’t like whipped cream the staff is always so friendly and asks me how I’m doing and aren’t obnoxious or rude. Gina has made my day more times than I can count and I love that about her. And the location is so convenient, I don’t have to take an alternative route to get to my coffee every morning, it’s right off the highway. This is all around just the best place and my favorite place to go.

Love the name of this place, but that’s where the relationship ends.
The coffee is burnt every time. Telling a barista this will likely get you a «no one else has said that» reply. If you have 20 minutes to wait in line in the drive-​thru, this is the place for you. I sat at the speaker waiting to just order for five minutes after being told «one moment.» It was not busy.
This place has a great location and name, too bad the customer service and coffee are not so great.

Disappointed in this location. It is the one most convenient for me to swing by on my way to work but the slow service, as others have mentioned here, not to mention the bad attitudes from several baristas has me taking my business elsewhere.

Don’t really go here much anymore somehow they managed to turn this place into a spot where I wonder if my coffee drink will taste like coffee grounds every time.
Only thing that they can consistently make now is decent normal smoothies.
Also no matter how busy or not busy they are when I pull to the intercom they say «welcome to brewed awakenings it will be just a moment» then I wait as cars pull up behind me wondering if I’m the difficult long order guy.
Seems they are short staffed since this wonderful cheerful pregnant lady left. Perhaps once she comes back this place won’t suck.

SLOW SERVICE. Reason I stopped coming here a year ago, recently went by with my boyfriend and myself a few times over the last couple months and I almost could not believe it. Was told to wait before they’d even take my order and only responded back after I started saying «hello?» When I went though to pay she had also messed up on something I ordered, but I k ow it was just a mistake so I didn’t say anything. Need to Train their employees better or get a faster computer system because something is off

Ok if you have 15 minutes to wait for your morning coffee, by all means this is your place.
2^nd time here today & I remembered why I told myself never coming to this location again. 1^st time literally took me 12 min to get my latte, on the drive thru lane. Today, all I wanted was some hot tea. The barista asked me twice at the speaker if I want hot or iced tea, I came to the window she asked again, I also for bottled water, she ran my card &eft the window for 6minutes!!! How long does it take to put a bag of tea into hot water?! She comes to give the tea & I ask for the water as well as well & she says «oh I thought I gave it to you»!um no … You were gone for 6 min. Idk if this was her first day but in my experience super slow service. Maybe 3^rd time will be the charm?

I used to come here all the time before moving out of state. I miss it. The drinks are great, my favorites: kahlua & cream, white cow mocha, Black Forest mocha. The shakes are the most delicious, fattening things I’ve ever had; try the Black Forest or white cow shake — you won’t regret it (you will). I love the large menu including smoothies. And I’m so glad they still have punch cards going on. It takes me about a year to fill mine out when I visit but hey, it’s something to look forward to.
The only things I would change would be to add recycling/​composting options.

Ah I love their coffee! Espresso mocha always hits the spot for me.

Our FAVORITE Brewed Awakenings location. Gina is simply the best barista! She remembers our voices and is a bright and cheerful way to start the day!

I ended up having to call their District Manager. Who was very nice. Immediately afterward the manager for the store called me, and was also very nice and quick to fix the issue.
Thank you, although I will still be getting my coffee elsewhere, I appreciate you fixing the problem.

Thank you for being open at 5 AM so I could do something between taking my dad to the airport and work starting. The bagel and cappuccino was a great start to my day. The free and fast wifi was great. You guys are awesome.

My new addiction = Dark Chocolate Mocha’s!!! OH MY GOODNESS Mandarin Orange Dark Chocolate is FANTASTIC!
The barista’s were really nice, one suggested that I try the Dark Chocolate with soy, and that was a great suggestion!
You’ll want to add a cookie to your order, their cookies were so good!
