Brady’s Auto Body

I ran over something that splattered tar all over my fender and filled my tire with asphalt. My car was undriveable and the dealership recommended Brady’s.
They were so nice and they immediately got to work getting the sticky tar off the body and the asphalt/​tar off the tire. They spent about 45 minutes doing it and then sent me on my way, just asking that I return should I need them. Believe me, I will!

LeAnne was friendly, effective and helpful especially with the rental car pick up and return. Auto work perfect, matched colors, quality work and OEM parts. They kept communication lines open so we knew how thing progressed.

I came in for a quick estimate and they were great. Gary was very friendly and they took care of me right away. If I end up getting the work done it will be at Bray’s for sure.

Top notch service beginning with LeAnne, the office staff who is extremely friendly and has a positive attitude which is a huge plus when you’re have been in an accident. She got all my claim information and handled the entire thing herself so I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company. The owner, Brady, personally came out of his office to thank me for my business. He came outside and looked at my car and assured me that it would be done quickly and without sacrificing any quality. We set an appointment to come back on another day. They had my rental car waiting for me when I arrived! Talk about hasslefree! My car was done within the time frame that was promised. Brady’s Autobody took care of returning the rental and it took only a few minutes to wrap things up and drive away. Of course, I never hope to be in another accident but if I do Bradys Autobody is the only place I would go.

Brady’s was one of the shops suggested by my insurance company. I went in for an estimate, done by Brady, and they were very thorough and helpful. He went the extra mile to find used parts for my truck and found the fender in not only the right color, but with the factory pinstriping that is no longer available! He kept costs down as much as possible while still giving me a great repair, which let me keep the truck instead of having it totalled. You can’t tell the damage was ever done! The billing info was very complete and explained well and the repair was done in a timely manner and even comes with a lifetime guarantee. I won’t go anywhere else if I need work done again and would recommend them to anyone without reservation!
