Not impressed. Frozen patty. Burned on the outside raw in the middle. Small for the price!

I waited until we had gone a couple of times to Benny’s before writing a review. The personal pepperoni pizza(The Flame Thrower) is by far my favorite. I often call it in on my lunch hour and it has been consistently good– great cornmeal crust, not too sweet sauce and balanced spicy pepperoni. The sit down lunch has been a choice of ours during the weekend. The service is hit or miss– there is one regular server who just acts like she does not want to be there– she brings your food and coffee, but there is no enthusiasm or warmth. Other staff are nice but you just get the feeling they have other things to do. The food, however, is quite good. I’ve had the BLT and fries and they were great. Bacon was smokey and the twice-cooked fries are always hot. Hubby has had the guacamole burger and the regular cheeseburger. He gave double thumbs up on both– the burger was cooked very well on the grill, the bread was soft and delicious– well done. Outside of the grumpy-ish staff, my only complaint is the windows could use a good cleaning. Its the same experience I had at Rocky’s Pizza in Battleground– the blinds are dusty, dirty and the sills are all crusty. Hubby said the bathroom was also in bad need of a cleaning. Food stuck to the blinds you are sitting right next to are not appetizing. We will continue to go to Benny’s because we like what they serve– just wish the staff enjoyed being there more!

I was looking for a place that had deep fried mushrooms on their menu. The online menu showed that Benny’s did. We got there, nope not on the menu. Disappointed. So we ordered burgers, asked for them cooked medium… nope, well done shoe leather. The burgers had the appearance they could be good if not over cooked. I had Onion Rings, they were good. Service was very slow, guess they needed the time to overcook the burgers…:) Benny’s is not on our go to list. To bad because it certainly is a cute little place.

Came here today for a quick lunch with my fiancé since it’s close to his work. Ordered: * wings: The wings were really good! Great flavor, not real fatty. * personal pizza with sausage, pepperoni, olive: not my favorite texture of pepperoni(I like a more crunchy type) but pretty good! * persona pizza with white sauce, chicken, garlic, olive: my fiancé wasn’t fond of this too much. * plain salad Friendly service, cool interior & really affordable!

Fun atmosphere, friendly service, great sandwiches. I’ve come here several times. From the outside, it looks like a hole in the wall, but inside, neat homage to hot rods. Definitely try the French Dip sandwich. Sooooo yummy! Definitely recommend this place.

Came I here today for lunch. It was awful. The service was slow and annoying. Our server Hadley was rude and not attentive. Took 16 mins for our order to be taken. 30 mins later we got our taco salad and chicken burger. Taco salad was good. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and was slopped together. This saddens me to leave this feedback. They have the best pizza and had 5 stars until this fiasco Sorry Benny, your place was much better when you served bfast and had your old staff. Don’t know if we will return, sad since we came here 2 times a month !!!

Today was the first time I’ve ever considered not leaving a tip because of how bad the service was. I’ve been to Benny’s probably ten times now but today was the first time actually sitting down in the restaurant as opposed to ordering take out. Benny’s pizza is good and although the staff has been kind of cold on occasion I figured it might just be the fact that our interactions have been so short and it was just take out. Apparently that’s the nicest they get. My boyfriend and I sat down to have pizza and every staff person we had interaction with was very rude. It took about 30 minutes for them to give us water and even then we had to ask for it, it was never offered. They didn’t ask if we needed anything, or stop to offer more water, or check to see if we needed a box to go. When we did ask for something one of the woman looked at us as if we had just offended her. She didn’t even say«okay» she just looked at us rudely and walked off. You’d think we were being rude or something… But we weren’t the only people they were treating this way. I try to be nice to everyone because you never know what’s going on in someone’s life, but come on… The entire waitstaff was rude and it took 30 minutes for a glass of water?!?

Service has always been friendly, and the food is good. We usually come for lunch from our office, so I cant say anything about the dinner menu. The french dip is awesome, and so is the Hawaiian burger. Soup is always hot, and yummy. I have friends who get the pizza and love it.

Been wanting to go to this place for awhile. We ordered bread, pizza and shakes. The bread sticks were disappointing, we ordered garlic ones and they are just sprinkled with garlic salt. They al also those original type ones you get at Pizza Hut. The pizza was good we got the surfer guy and the Studebaker. The crust is crispy and had just the right amount of sauce. Oh and the shakes, yum that shakes ordered strawberry and they were delicious. I would definitely be back being that it’s five mins from my house.

Been craving Pizza and just had no time to make it at home, but now I don’t have to. Craving for Pizza Has been satisfied! Found this Gem looking for my friends store. So glad I did the staff was great. Had perfect recommendations for pizza or burgers. Also Benny makes the sauce in house. I came for the pizza. So glad They have individual pizzas for most of the choices. I stuck with two. Both had the crunch crust, gooey cheese, and sauce… I fell in love with the BBQ sauce on the BBQ chicken. it’s a sweet BBQ sauce which seems to be rare around here in the world of Spicy. But also as a nod to my Chicago family(which Pizza is a must EVERYTIME I visit Chicago) I also tried the Sausage. Now it’s not Bad Sausage, just not my fav. The rest of pizza was still really good, and the tomato sauce is really savory and right up there in what a pizza sauce should be! The staff was amazing to this newbie. Definitely coming back and Recommend to my friends. Also leave room for dessert Brownies mmm yummy– next time the Deep Fried Twinkie.

Our second trip to Benny’s was a delight. During a busy saturday evening, we were seated the instant we entered the restraunt. Our server Alex was so polite and recommended the«OMG burger» since we had already enjoyed the Flamethrower Pizza recently. They had an American Hef on tapped that my gf and I were a huge fan of and our dinner arrived before i could slam my first pint. Great vibe, surprisingly tasty food, and above average service. New favorite off 500 and St. John’s for sure.

had birthday party for grandson here last night and I was very impressed with the food and atmosphere… although we expected to watch the Oregon game… they do not have one TV in the place. We had a very nice time with the family and great conversation.

I used to worship the battered fries here and have been telling my husband about the pizza and fries for over a year. Well after all the talk, I look like an idiot. Don’t know why you have made the changes you have but they aren’t for the better. The fries were AWFUL the pizza dry and had almost no sauce or crunch. The zucchini was the only good properly cooked item but sadly came out on a plate with pieces of random tomato chunks and a few pieces of wilted shredded lettuce… gross. our server was nice but the other severs wandering aimlessly around and the fact they have to take your water glass away to refill it was weird. I’m just so dissapointed, this was our trip into town just for dinner here after a long week and that’s what we got. Can’t say we’ll be back, and I’m embarrassed at how many people I have referred there not knowing this is how it is now.

First, I need to start by saying I was looking forward to trying Benny’s as I consider myself a car guy and I love a good pizza and burger. Unfortunately, Benny’s was a huge disappointment. I should also point out that I checked many reviews on here, and this is probably the most mislead I’ve been since many reviews stated«Benny’s has the best pizza in Vancouver!». If your idea of good pizza is Papa John’s or Domino’s, you might enjoy Benny’s as it is roughly equivalent, but much more expensive. First issue: as of writing this, the online menu is not accurate. When we arrived at Benny’s, we noticed nearly everything on the menu was $ 1 – 2 more than it is listed for online. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. Next, I want to say that everyone was friendly and the service was fairly quick. That is why I’m giving it two stars instead of one. The food: We ordered two entrees and a pizza to go for later. I got a burger, which was adequate, except the buns they use are very cheap, and they don’t toast them. You would be better off going to a chain restaurant, I’ve had better burgers at Shari’s or Red Robin to be honest. My girlfriend got the Philly, and three bites in it began to upset her stomach.(She has never had this issue before, and we go out to eat often.) The fries were very plain and small. The pizza was the real disappointment for me. We got the Bizz Brother’s, one of the most expensive pizzas on the menu. It was not good. The toppings were sparse, there was hardly ANY chicken(the only meat) on it. Everything on it tasted like it was out of a can, nothing was fresh. Take my advice, go somewhere else for pizza. We will not be going back. Spent almost $ 60 and half of the food went in the garbage. Also, their beverage lines must be very dirty since the water tasted repulsive, as did my beer. They both tasted like mold. I was really hoping for more as I love a good pizza joint, but this place does not deliver. It seems like the owner of this place is trying to get by with the cheapest ingredients possible while still charging fairly premium prices.

I waited to write a review until we ate here several times & tried some different things. 1) this pizza reminds me so much of my childhood pizza growing up I want to cry from the nostalgia. 2) all of the wait staff have been super friendly, fast & well trained. 3) we are always greeted fast & seated right away, even when they are busy. 4) local owned, small town little gem. Tucked away where all the yuppy hipster don’t go because it’s not«cool» enough for them. 5) cool collectables all based around collectable cars and RACING! Which is awesome. 6) had several sandwiches, salads & appetizers — all are excellent. I have no complaints. We now order their pizza as take out on Saturday date night«in» & we love The Donna. Omg yum! Thanks Benny’s for being so good. This family appreciates you!

I work across from this place and we get their pizza all the time! The pizza is yummy and I love their corn meal crust. I’ve ordered the sandwiches a few times for lunch as well and they are generally pretty good. I always smell the burgers when I’m leaving work and it makes my stomach growl so I’ll definitely need to try them sometime as well. To go orders can be picked up usually within 10 to 15 min which is great. And the service there is nice as well
