I had Chuck come out to our new house that we purchase to look at the carpet condition. He was honest and said that there was still good years on the carpet and it just needed to be cleaned and stretched. He recommended a carpet cleaner and then came in and had all the carpet stretched. It now looks 10 times better and he did it for an unbeatable price. I would recommend for any carpet or flooring needs.

After I had a water leak that ruined my carpet in one our bedrooms, I hired Chuck and the guys to install new carpet in that room. This came just a year after having new carpet installed throughout my home. After Chuck put the new carpet in I had regrets I hadn’t used him for my entire home. That bedrooms carpet is of excellent quality. Not only that but Chuck and the team came in on time, did the job, cleaned up and were out the door in no time. When I am ready for carpet again, I know for sure I’ll be calling them.

Very Bad Customer Service! Man answered phone BCC and when I asked to confirm I was calling the correct place he said «Yes I’m just the dumb one who answers the phone this late.» I told him thank you! And hung up! Would never work with people with attitude like that!!!

BCC Carpets (Chuck) does a very professional job at an outstanding price (best prices in town)!! When he says he’ll be there… he’ll be there (unlike other contractors I’ve delt with in the past). I recommend BCC for all your floor coverning needs, be it carpet, hardwood or tile… a great local company!
