I went to Dr. Bain fot quite a while after a car accident. his care was«okay». He’s very old school, always talking about natural ways of healing, would say something about my weight every other visit. His office is also very old inside, somewhat run down. The reason his care was only«okay» is because his adjustments are nearly worthless. Funny that his water table did more for me than he did. The only positive thing I can say is that ONE of his massage therapists is wonderful, Alisa(ah-lee-suh), she did the best for me. if I could have only seen her I honestly believe my care would have been done six months sooner. In addition, he occasionally tried to sell me things. Once, he gave me two of these lumbar back rest things that he sells for $ 30 or $ 40, he tacked them into my insurance bill. These things literally, LITERALLY are sold at the dollar store. He also pressured me greatly to say my care was finished, when it wasn’t. In fact, I continued to pay out of pocket to see Alisa even after my care was«complete.» Dr. Bain also regularly asked about how my accident claim was going giving me the idea all he really wanted was money. Sometime after the accident, when I was trying to get my claim settled with the insurance company, Dr. Bain turned into a really nasty old man wanting his money. He has been very rude to my wife. I’ve been to chiropractors before and I say completely stay away from this doctor. I also believe that Dr. Bain is unethical in his care and billing.

Dr. Bain is great — professional and knowledgeable, sort of an old school knowledge compared with other chiropractors I’ve been to(moved from 2 different states in the past 3 years so went to a few as I have what they call chronic back pain). I can’t tell if I’m getting much better by coming here, just yet but time will tell. I do wish they’d be a bit ahead of the 1990’s curve when it comes to the front desk and not just that, and use technology as a tool from scheduling an appointment to conducting a physical exam, but again they do deal with older folks so maybe since I am just younger than most of his patients and truly enjoying the benefits of our internet age I’d be coming up with all these crazy requests… ;)
