Amazing Exteriors did a total roof replacement for us. The work crew did a nice job, arriving on time and cleaning up after the work day. The product they use is top notch with a good warranty and the install went smoothly. However, during a rainstorm we experienced leaks around a skylight. The leaks caused some interior paint damage. The leaks were fixed but the company refused to cover the costs associated with the repainting. Brian, who is in charge of the implementation/​install side of the business ignored written and phone requests for payment. We found him to be unresponsive and rude at various points throughout the process of installing the roof and the follow up on the paint issue.

I wish we were able to give negative stars, but I won’t be using this company. It seems that their work is ok, but I have had a horrible experience with the sales side. It started with the door to door sales guy that can’t read our «no solicitation» sign. The amount of pressure those sales guys are under make me think they get some big money to sell windows, siding, roofs etc… Hopefully others have had better experiences, but unless you are 100% ready to commit to buying their product I would stay away unless you want to be harassed.
