I met the owner, Mace, through my brother, who’s had work done by him personally. The work looks top notch and Mace is a great guy.
I took my girlfriend to talk to him about some ideas, and he was patient and professional with her (she wasn’t really sure what she wanted which I’m sure was a bit frustrating). When I get the funds, I intend to have him add onto some of my existing work.
I’m not sure who the other person was that the negative Unilocaler discussed, but I can say that Mace is committed to providing the cleanest and most professional shop around. In fact he is one of the very few shops that has met the highest standards the state has set.
I also know for a fact that he has no issue with letting go any artist that works for him that doesn’t meet his high standards.
I recommend you give him a shot, and if your experience isn’t top of the line, then ask for Mace directly. He knows how to handle business.

I called this shop but was disappointed. I could barely get the guy I talked to to give me any details at all. It’s like he was in a hurry or something, or didn’t have time for my questions.
