Van Wert Vision Center

This is my second experience with Van Wert Vision. First was ordering safety glasses for work and this time was safety glasses an exam and new non work related eyeglasses.
It was 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment before the process began. The total time of my appt from the time first seen to leaving the business after ordering eyeglasses was 2 hours.
This place is very professional and Dr. Bidlack was courteous, informative and and overall great experience. He did not rush the appointment like most chain eyeglass stores do. The customer experience was first rate.
My only complaint was that the eye glass tech who set up my order did not do a very informative job in letting me know pricing options. He set me up with best of the best of which i would of ordered anyway but it would be nice if he offered per say alternatives. An exam with the ordering of a set of safety glasses and personal glasses set me back over $ 700.00.
The upside was my glasses arrived way earlier then expected. Though i would like i can not expect pricing comparitive to internet businesses that have little to no cost in operating expenses.
With all that i’ve said i will state i will go back to Van Wert Vision again. I desire the personal small town experience. I want to be seen as a person and not a dollar sign and VWV made me feel that way. I would rather spend local knowing they will buy my product if they so desire. I would recommend Van Wert Vision to anybody seeking eye health, eyewear needs.
