Ritz Cleaners

My family has been using Ritz for over 25 years and always a wonderful job! A few weeks ago, I brought in a dress shirt that had paint on it. They tried twice to get it out but no luck. I knew it was hopeless so I told them to trash it. She asked if I would like her to make a short sleeve shirt but again, I said just trash it. Last week, I went to pick up some items… and there was the shirt that once had paint on it… CLEAN. I was so thankful as well as amazed! I asked how long it took and she said most of Saturday! These people give their all, with great customer service and always excellent results.

The only reason its 2 starts instead of 1 is because they apologized. I took 7 dresses and 1 blouse, EVERY single one came back unwashed. I can guarantee that all they did was steam or iron the clothes. It’s mind boggling to me how I spent $ 80 dollars for someone to iron my clothes. Never ever going here again. I’ll pay a little extra to actually get my clothes dry cleaned, not ironed.

Excellent service. I brought a throw in to be cleaned as it had red wine on it. The fee was going to be $ 70, which isn’t much less than its original cost. The employee offered to take $ 10 off, but it was still pricey. So instead took the throw out the back, cleaned off the patch of wine, and gave it back to me there and then — no charge! I’ll definitely be back!

I never used to dry clean my clothes but now that I have to be in business attire practically everyday, it’s a must! I was so happy when I found Ritz Cleaners. They are conveniently located, very reasonably priced, and most importantly they did a PHENOMENAL job with my clothes! I got a lot cleaned a few pieces altered. Everything came out perfect. The two ladies there were very sweet and helpful. This is definitely my go-​to dry cleaner now.

Never used to use a dry cleaners but very happy. We started right after new ownership and have had zero issues. Just wish they were open later for pickup

This place has new ownership and a friend recommended me to take my dress shirt there. Even though it was about 7 miles away from my house, I though I’d give it a try. I usually get frustrated at dry cleaners for their poor customer service and half ass jobs but this place went beyond my expectations and impressed me. I have a wedding to go to on Saturday and I brought my 200 dollar Faconnable dress shirt to see if I can get the wine stain off. First of all, the lady at the front desk (I believe she is the new owner) was genuinely nice and sympathetic when I told her that I need the shirt to be ready in 2 days. Not only did she assure me that she’ll return my shirt looking brand new, but she promised me that it will be ready the same day!!! Same day!!! I went to pick up my shirt later that evening and as promised, the shirt looked brand new. I was more than impressed and happy with my experience at this Ritz Cleaners. Even though it’s on the other side of town, I’m going to come here every time I need something to be dry cleaned. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family!

I absolutely LOVE this place. it was recommended to me by my friend Gugo and I have to say it is one of the best dry cleaners I have ever used. The owners are so friendly and the provide such professional and quality service. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! I live in Glendale and don’t mind the drive here because I know that my clothes are going to come back to me super fresh, clean and looking great. Definitely go to them for all your dry cleaning needs!

This place is good and at a fair value, but the guy never smiles.

I went there because a friend who lives in Van Nuys said they were «fabulous.» I had sold a designer silk cashmere sweater on eBay and after it was already paid for, I noticed a snag. Yikes! What to do? Snags on silk cashmere are not easy to fix without anyone noticing, trust me on this. So I was understandably nervous what how well of a job they would do. My fears were quickly allayed when I went in and three very concerned & friendly older ladies (Armenian?) gathered around my sweater like mother hens and proceeded to discuss the best way to fix the problem. I waited 10 minutes while they fixed it on the spot — -conversing in an «unknown tongue» the whole time. When the one woman who was delegated to work in it was through, it was perfect … and I do mean perfect. Once I went home and pressed it, you couldn’t even tell there ever had been a snag at all. Best of all, when I asked how much it would be, the woman said, «No charge!» Now you can bet your bottom dollar that I will be coming back for all my alteration and dry cleaning needs. Of course, I don’t expect all my future alternations to be free, but they won my business with their friendliness, can-​do attitude & better-​then-​expected results. Highly recommended!

Ok, there is a reason I drive across town to use this cleaner. I love shirts that are starched, but nothing ticks me off when a dry cleaner destroys an expensive shirt or suit by over pressing. This dry cleaner hand finishes, keeping your clothing from getting destroyed. The taylor is also quite good and inexpensive. You should know that they have a minimum charge for using a credit card ($ 10) but you can’t blame them for that. This isn’t a glitzy looking place, but they people are friendly and the quality of work is top shelf.
