Radio shack is the most expensive electronic store I ever dealt with. I bought a 4 pack of AA rechargeable batteries for over 20 bucks. The very next day I found the same equal spec rechargeable batteries(Duracell) at Walgreens for 10 bucks. What’s even worse is that I go back to the same store the next day with an UNOPENEDPACKAGE and I get a hard time to get my $$Back. I paid debit. Debit is same as cash. Not here. They put the $ back on your card via CREDIT… so it’s like 5 working days to get refunded. What a bunch of crooks… NEVERAGAINRADIOSHACK This is definitely how you loose customers

Agressive customer service made my experience uncomfortable and I ended up just leaving. Headed over to Fry’s where I can have a better shopping experience. Also, the store is very small.

After finding parking in front where the signs are marked«radio shack» i was immediately confronted by a young man. He approached me and asked, «how long are you parking here? your car will be towed.» not knowing who he was I advised him I was following the posted signs for radio shack. He seemed to not believe me and aging told me I would be towed. Not knowing who he was I told him I could read and just needed some ear phones. I walked into radio shack and so did he, I then knew he worked there. I really didn’t want to shop there anymore and definitely did not want this young man helping me. I understand there seems to be some parking problems there but this customer service is below standard. He simply could have introduced himself and explained the parking lot is strict about parking in assigned spaces and didn’t want that to happen to me. It ruined a simple shopping experience by his curt, rude demeanor.

Our whole family has been buying from Michael for the past couple of years. Very knowledgeable, will spend all the necessary time no matter how many times you have questions. I recently also purchased Samsung Galaxy III and as a new customer for Smart phone, of course have a lot of questions. Michael is always happy to see me and answer and help with whatever I need. This place has the most horrid customer service! They didn’t let me choose the products; they didn’t even point me in the right direction, just grabbed an item off the shelf, and tried to get me out of there right away. What happens to a customer’s freedom to choose? I asked about VGA cables, and again the same treatment! The guy, Mikey, started to pick one out for me, even though I just asked where the cables were located. I told him I only needed him to point me in the right direction instead of picking things out for me, and his response was to ask me «What’s with the attitude?» In what planet do you ask a customer this question! I repeated what I told him and he started getting angry and his tone became really insulting. I told him he was being too helpful; I was still trying to be nice. I should have told him he was being overbearing and hovering over a customer is creepy. At this point, I decided I’m not going to make a purchase, and that it’s best I leave. Then I decided I want to speak to the manager. Mikey said he is the manager! I was appalled. I was being insulted by the manager. As I left, I told him perhaps he doesn’t have a lot of customer because of the way he treats people, and his response was a scathing«good for you.» He might as well used a profanity at me. As I left, I noticed another customer in the store, a man. This man was not being treated like me. This makes me wonder if there was some sexism going on as well as atrociously poor customer service. This place has lost a customer for life!

i LOVE this Radioshack. Everyone here is super helpful and friendly. They have helped me so much with a number of things. They will really go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. This is the only Radioshack I go to because they are the best!

If you bought in this location an iPhone, its probably USED! I Bought On May 23 an iPhone 4S, Paid full for it. I felt something is wrong when i was in the store because they couldn’t activate it. After waiting more then an hour they told me go home and tomorrow it will be activated. Day after, still no service, i contacted my carrier and after speaking with costumer service and technical support, they told me ive been scammed and the iPhone i bought is USED!!! They told me to go back to the store and ask them to replace it with a NEW iPhone– cause that’s what i paid for. When i got there, the guy on the store– CRIS, knew something was wrong with the iPhone but wouldn’t change it. He sent me home and said come back tomorrow. After telling it to my friend, she told me that same thing happened to her. She bought there an iPhone 4 and it was used. From her research she discovered the guys there selling in the store used iPhones, charging a full price and take the money to their pockets. Please contact me in privet if it happened to you too…

I was very pleased with the customer service the associates offer at this location. They are knowledgable, friendly and courteous. The only issue I had was the parking lot is too small as they share it with 15 – 20 other small business.

I came in day before Thanksgiving and I received exceptional service. I was looking for a car charger for my son’s Fisher-Price Kid Tough DVD player and the sales person that helped was very patient and kind enough to be so thorough in looking for the right car charger. They were able to answer my questions in a very satisfying manner. Beware though parking in this location is a tough one but they do have dedicated spots for their customers.
