I’m switching all my medications to this pharmacy. they provided me with excellent service. my medication had a copay of 1600 $. they were able to get me copay assistance to where i only paid $ 5. they called and scheduled prompt delivery and driver called me 15 minutes upon arrival. after i received my medication i had a couple of questions, called the pharmacy and got a pharmacist on the phone to counsel and answer all my concerns. all around great pharmacy thats why i will give them 5 stars

If you have a choice for another medical infusion/​IV pharmacy I would go with the other choice. This company has done nothing but disappoint and lie in order to justify their inability to stock and deliver orders in a timely fashion. They sent PICC line supplies for one dressing but two complete sets for redressing were ordered. No biopatches arrived to prevent infection. They took over five days to correct the IV order after being notified of an adverse reaction from patient. The first excuse was the doctor but the doctor called in orders five times and they said it would be delivered the next day. The next day they said it was processing and would be delivered that night. Then they said they did not receive the new order. Then they said it was the insurance company they were waiting on. Then they scheduled delivery to call back two hours later to say they called the HHA and cancelled the delivery and when asked to confirm with doctor, they lied by saying they couldn’t deliver because of the HHA after calling the patient and saying they were missing a vitamin for the IV. They told me the patient one thing, called the doctor and straight up lied to him. And I know because while I was talking to them I was in route to the doctors office. So I was there listening to the contradictory lie to support them delaying and rescheduling delivery. NEVER AGAIN will we use this pharmacy. If your life depended on it it your comfort as a patient you might not fair too well depending on this company. Horrible liars, horrible scheduling, bad customer service! Buyer beware!

Great patient advocates, these guys will fight your insurance to get approval for what you need. Vitaly is the best, he handles everything like a boss. They deliver medication to your home, how’s that for service??? They recommend a ton of options to cut costs, such as copay assistance. They care about patients above and beyond your average pharmacy. I can’t imagine using anyone else, I always feel safe knowing that these guys have my back.
