Jack In The Box

Should have known this place only got 2 ½ stars. This location needs to be cleaned. Management clearly does not care about their restaurant being sanitary. I don’t expect to eat off the floor but it did curb my appetite to see the lack of housekeeping. I had already ordered before noticed the filth. Food was not great, maybe the sight of the filthy surroundings numbed my taste buds.
JNB please get your act together. I will let people know to avoid this location especially with Nordhoff so close by. JNB invite me back when you’ve cleaned house.

I mean the employees can seem a little happier maybe but this was a very depressing experience. I had to wait about 15 minutes for a ores milkshake when their was hardly any customers. They delayed my ordered because they didn’t have cups and everyone who ordered their meals after me got served. I should be somewhat a priority but I guess not. Turns out no cups anyways they gave me a medium fountain soda for my large milkshake cup and I got no whip cream or cherry or anything just plain, boring and not even a large cup. Yeah I was patient and waited without bugging them to much. Get more lively at least or give a little upgrade when the order is messed up come on… terrible jack in the box never coming back lol.

Went through the drive thru once at like 12 in the morning. It was super fast and for being at such an odd hour, the lady working was surprisingly in a very good mood.

Terrible terrible customer service came in for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich took 28 minutes get your stuff together unbelievable

Worst jack in the box I ever been to, terrible customer service, 25 min to get a breakfast burrito is just ridiculous, never coming here again, even if they give me free food I wiil never step in this place again.

Came to this drive-​through this morning on a last moment’s choice via their drive-​through service. It was early enough and parking lot seemed empty and only one car ahead of me with one person inside the vehicle. This review is for the drive-​through service. The food at fast-​food turn-​key establishments really is the same.
The drive-​through service could not have taken longer. It was rediculous. Based on this alone, I would say for early morning quick eats, «Do not come here».

I love Jack in the Box!!! But this is by far the worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming to this jack in the box for over two years. In the time that I’ve been coming here its been a disappointment. They for some reason are always out of numerous items. Not just of one particular item, example hash browns, croissants, containers for the Jumbo platter, tortillas for the burritos and so on… Who ever is in charge of ordering should be fired. I’m hoping the owner of this franchise sees this review and does something about it. I’m tired of coming to this jack in the box and will be going to the jack in the box on Vanowen and Balboa from now on. And I would advise anybody the same thing. Avoid this jack in the box if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Stay away from this place. I just watched one of the girls wipe her nose before putting breakfast fries into a customers bag. I walked out. Disgusting.

Look if you order in the drive through better watch out! These guys can’t get it right! I order a jumbo jack with no pickles and no cheese! Now I get home and what do you think I got! These jerks just make the same stupid mistakes time and time again! WTF! I guess you have to order backwards for them to get it right for you!

Horrible! My husband was fasting all red meat and he ordered a chicken sandwich without the bacon. He specifically told then NO BACON! And he comes home, takes a bite and what do you know. It had bacon. What if he was allergic?! Horrible order takers here at Jack. Just a simple order. Be more aware of what customers order and repeat their order to them and the cooks. I will recommend people do not come here to eat.

Been coming here for over 2 years usually pretty good, except today. We ordered and No 1 and No 2 combo. When I go to the drive through window the guy had only charged us for the sodas. I was like we ordered combos, wth? I was like we even asked for one curly fries one regular. He said I will just charge you for the sodas and burger. When I asked aren’t we paying more that way? He said no saving a dollar. Uhhhhh, I don’t think so! We get gome and they gave up two if the same burgers, not whatwe ordered. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! C’mon guys get it together! How does it go from 2 combos to only two sodas, then mess up the burgers? Really frustrating!!!

Ok. I ordered two curly fries and I just only got one! My friend even repeated it 4 times because the lady didn’t change the order on the screen! We asked for ranch sauce and again she messed up on the order and gave the wrong sauce… seriously how many times do you need to be told an easy order to get it correct?

I visit this place so much now because mini me is addicted to their curly fries –_​_​– but I do hate all these damn fast food places. I have NOT walked in there physically though, my review is only on the drive thru service. VERY good drive thru experiences up to date. All those females have been nice and very patient with me. Always greet me with a smile when I get to the window and they never seem upset about life so that is a plus. I will say that their location and the way they had to set up the drive thru SUCKS! you can only turn RIGHT when you exit which means that if your heading NORTH on Balboa when you get out you have to bust a bitch to get back on the side of Balboa that you need to be on. That’s about the only complaint I have lol can’t give this place a 5 star because I haven’t walked in there.

Excellent place and speedy service. I always come here to grab a quick bite during my downtime, and they are always compliant with my requests. The interior looks nice and clean, and the workers are professional.

I remember having to come to this Jack in the box because it was the only one around. Now they have one on Balboa and vanowen.

This is one of the best Jack in the Box’s. Their customer service is amazing.
After they remodeled the inside it became perfect. It’s a typical Jack in the Box setting, however there is an awkward pillar infront of the fountain drinks from the old layout of the place. There is free WiFi here if you’re a Time Warner customer; however Sprint’s 4G LTE reaches the inside here too.
The employees are always really friendly and always give me the amounts of sauce I prefer. That’s a must because I’m a ranch-​aholic. The food is always fresh (for fast food). This place is so great I’ll probably get diabetes.
The only minus to this place, is there are a lot of drug addicts and homeless that come in a lot. Growing up in a first world country, it sometimes makes me uncomfortable.

When I went to this Jack In The Box, it was very clean and it had exceptionally good service. My sandwich was actually wrapped nicely and it was cooked and put together to perfection. Usually at other fast food places (including other Jack In The Box places), my sandwich is wrapped all carelessly and my sandwich is sloppy — so sloppy that I have to center everything that’s in my sandwich so that I can eat it properly. I’m glad I didn’t have any problems today; I was able to finally just sit, unwrap, and eat and not fiddle with my sandwich. I had a good experience today at this Jack In The Box, and I hope all you other fast food junkies will too!

I come here for the Gold’s Peak iced tea. That’s it.
It’s tough to find at fast food places, and it’s next door to my job.
I will say, of all the J in the B’s I’ve been, this one consistently has the nicest, most polite staff anywhere.
