We contacted Mike to create a table runner for a networking event our company is attending. We had used Mike to create banners and other runners for us in the past.
True to form the quality and craftsmanship was as to be expected. We had a slight miscommunication about the layout of our runner and it ended up messing up our entire job. Mike addressed the matter immediately and by the end of the day we had a new runner.
