DONOTGOHERE! I went there to have the sims fixed on my old phone(not an upgrade). The guy asked for my acct. # or phone #. I asked him why, do you charge for this? He said no he just needs to make sure Im an AT&T customer. So I gave it to him. He then got on the computer for a long time, typing and clicking. I wanted to make sure he wasn’t changing things on my acct. He assured me he wasn’t and that everything stays the same. He hands me my phone and says Im good to go. After I got home I received an email from AT&T notifying me of my data plan changes. I called them do see what this was about. They told me my plan changed and now I would be paying an ADDITIONAL $ 30MORE a month. He said they wouldn’t change it back since I «requested it». Thats a much of BS! The guy that works here is a LIAR! He lied to my face and changed my plan without my consent or my acknowledgment. Since he refused to correct the problem, I cancel my service. Save yourself time and a headache by going to a different AT&T store.
