Christine, you must be a competitor because that’s the only reason I can think of for this terrible and very inaccurate review! I was extremely impressed with their service. Scott quoted the best price of all the services I called, told me what paperwork he needed and I faxed it immediately, Accurate was at our business property the next day. The test reports were mailed to me with the invoice 2 weeks before the due date and, at the same time, filed with the county. I will definitely work with Accurate Backflow again and recommend them highly to anyone that asks!
