We’re not from LA but we were looking for a bar that wasn’t super fancy or expensive. We found this place after reading reading reviews and we were really happy with this place. The inside was pretty dark but that was just the mood they were setting. It’s just a bar with ample seating. The bathrooms were really nice. My fiancé spoke with the bouncer for a while, he was super friendly. We will definitely be going back if we go back to LA.

Great place crowd and staff. Go and see for yourself. Been going there since they opened.

Local valley bar that embraces what it is. Dim lighting, cheap drinks, plenty of parking. Pool table and juke box, but no food or beer on tap, all the bartenders are friendly take care of you. Like I said a joint that embraces the upscale dive bar that it is.

What a fun neighborhood bar. Went to a friend’s going away party here and had a blast. There’s a good low key vibe here with reasonably priced drinks and friendly staff.

Cozy little neighborhood bar… I particularly appreciated the plentiful and well-lit parking lot since we were two girls looking for a safe and uncomplicated place. My Macallan scotch and my pal’s martini were $ 19 together and hit the spot. The service, featuring two female bartenders, was fast and friendly. I’d come back for a drink here again.

Dope Americana music. Cozy and dark which is so nice after a long weekend in LA traffic and the bartenders ate extremely nice! !

Sad day. Use to come here a lot. Recently, I was waaayyyyyy over charged for 4 whiskeys(37 dollars), and they weren’t even the good ones(buffalo trace and bulliet). In there defense, I didn’t say anything. I just signed it and didn’t look at the bill until later, but that still should be the case. The fifth has always been a pre and post game spot where the drinks were cheap and they poured heavy. Now, I feel like it has joined the crowd of valley bars that are trying too hard to be over-priced downtown bars. People are still nice, though.

I feel that the service is great. They have a variety of choices, loved the spiced apple Irish whiskey shot plus they had an awesome 80s movie. Great bartender named Paul.

Great little Dive Bar in the Valley. It’s small and cozy. Prices are good, staff is friendly, Pool table is free. Dimly lit, big selection on the Jukebox. Drinks are strong. No food, but they let you bring in your own. They’ll even call a Pizza place and have it delivered to you. It’s a Locals hang out for sure, but I always meet some crazy characters there, and always end up with a good experience and great memories.

My favorite bar in the valley. I’ve been coming here for years, some of the staff have become friends of mine. They’ve also hosted several of my birthday parties over the years and each one has been a blast. Every Vintage Bar Group location is awesome, you will not be disappointed.

I am always looking for a low key, chill bars in the area and we came across this one. I came in on a Friday night with a friend. It wasn’t crowded at all which I liked and good music was playing from the jukebox. Good pours on the drinks and at decent prices. Everyone was laid back and seemed to be enjoying themselves. I was even approached by a kind older, Latin man to dance and couldn’t resist because I love a good salsa. I had a great time and will definitely go back.

Cool dive bar. The bartenders are skilled, and the crowd is friendly. I’ve met some really interesting people here too(one of the actors from breaking bad came in once!). This is probably my favorite bar. There’s just a good vibe here. Some highlights: -$ 3 Tecates –Free pool on Sundays. -$ 8 manhattans /martinis on Thursday nights. By the way, The«cucumber cocktail» is amazing!

Probably my favorite all around bar in the valley. It’s never too crowded, the crowd isn’t douchy, and it’s a great environment !

This place is awesome! We did New Years Eve & my friend’s birthday last night. There is never a cover charge … BIGBONUS!!! The staff was great. They even let me come in early to decorate & prep a small sitting area for our group. Drinks were fantastic & inexpensive. Plenty of parking. Great place to hang with friends. Will be coming back again !

How do you mess up a rum and coke? I’m still not sure, but if you come here you can find out. Not so bad décor or prices, and not too noisy but actually drinking the drinks is a little too challenging to ever consider returning.

Great hole in the wall type of bar. They have a juke box and a pool table which the regulars seem to take over but that’s okay. I am not sure if there’s a gay night or if this place is just a favorite place for mostly male guest. Some nights have felt like guys night but I’ve seen a mixed crowd on the weekends. Anyone know?

«Simple & plain, give me the lane, I’ll throw it down your throat like Barkley!» They have PE on the jukebox! This is by far my favorite Dive Bar in LA, neighborhood sheik, friendly bar tenders and great pours, mixed with $ 2 Tecate, yes please!

Tip: Chill place to hang with friends. Full Review: This is your typical, strip mall, dive bar. It isn’t very big and there isn’t a lot of seating. I doubt they run out of seating on most nights. The bartenders are always friendly though and that’s what really matters when it comes to choosing a dive bar. The main seating(away from the bar) is comfortable enough but set up in a way that you feel like you are in a large, VIP-ish section. Very communal. On this most recent visit, the bartender introduced me to his own bourbon infusion. It was in a glass container in the middle of the bar and I inquired about its contents. Vanilla, cinnamon and two other things that I have since forgotten… hmm, thanks bourbon for making me forget things.
