Squeaky Clean of Valley Stream Car Wash

I am all about supporting local businesses as I have lived in Valley Stream for over 10 years. But what happened to me has turned me off for a lifetime. I would typically give my business here as well as my parents car, but this experience was horrible. I asked the black guy with the short dreads who was taking the car wash orders to add on my mats being shampooed but he told me no, that it doesn’t include it. I understood that but I said I would pay the difference. As I looked at my car being taken care off, I noticed they never shampooed my mats. He came inside after & gave me an updated receipt with the additional $ 10 for the mats being shampooed. I told the lady at the counter that I noticed it wasn’t done, who then got her manager. They then explained to me that the machine to shampoo the mats is broken. The worker deliberately added it on knowing they never washed my mats & knowing that the machine is broken. PLEASE make sure you look at all that they do to your car, and match it with the receipt. Especially watch out for the man with the dreads. Thanks to that scumbag worker, you now have lost an entire household of cars (we have 5 cars).

Excellent friendly and detail to attention. got an oil change and a wash and the younger Manger saw my car all the way through. Best experience at a wash ever… staff was friendly and very respectful… I’d recommend to everyone …

I dropped my car off at 8am for a full detail. I was told it would take 4 to 5 hours. At 2pm I called and asked when the car would be ready. They couldn’t give me a time but said they would call. At 5pm I called back and asked about my car. They said it was ready and to come pick it up. I went and picked it up, in the dark. Tried to check the car right then and there but it was too dark. Took a look at my car this morning and found areas of the car where the wax wasn’t buffed out, front window dirty, parts of the interior completely missed, rug dirty under the mats, and more. Could it have been worse?, Definitely. Did it meet my low expectations? Barely. Would I take my car there again? No.

Run the other way! I had a car wash and I watched as it went through the works. The blowers blew both windshield wipers straight up. When the car came out, one was damaged and needed to be replaced. The manager wouldn’t refund the money for the wash and wouldn’t pay for the repair. He said, «Take me to small claims court.» I called a cop instead. The cop said it wasn’t a criminal offense. So I’ll be filing in small claims court on Monday. This is how they treat customers? What a jerk.

This is my first bad experience at this car wash. I’ve always used this car wash and never had an issue and didn’t think I would have to check my car before I left, but made a mistake there. They barely vacuumed my car, had dust all over my dashboard, had dirt left on my car door, and my hub caps weren’t even cleaned. I came home to get the garbage they left on my back seat and found all of the things they didn’t do. Really disappointed. Didn’t bring my car back just re-​cleaned it myself. I will be finding a new car wash from now on.

At this car wash they provide great customer service I have taken my vehicle here several times to get detailing done on my vehicle and the job is done great! I also taking it to get my oil change and the service is great as well. I recommend to visit this place and get your order oil changed or car wash if you live nearby.

I just picked up my 14 year old Toyota Camary from being detailed at Squeaky Clean on Merrick Road in Valley Stream. My white car was covered with large spots of grey paint from a few years ago while I was riding under the Whitestone Bridge and someone spilt paint on my car. To my surprise I thought they would be cleaning the inside of my car and running it through the car wash, however, not only is the inside of my car spotless, which is not easy to do with a 14 year old car, as I have never had it professionally cleaned in the past, I do not have one speck of grey paint anywhere on the outside of my car. These guys were amazing and I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Do not go here. This place is the scariest place with horrible business practices!

This was the second time I took my car to this place to be detailed. I payed the $ 30 for the full vacuum and wash. The first time they did a fantastic job, the inside was immaculate and clean. This was saying something g as we had gone to the nursery and had bought lots of plants that we had put in the trunk. Fast forward to today we took the car to have the full service and it wasn’t done at all! The car was barely vacuumed. We have a hatch back and the the trunk of the car wasn’t vacuumed at all! When they had finished «wiping down» the inside and said it was done, my husband and I had to tell them that they didn’t wipe down the front console and the cup holders. The back seats still had some dirt on them and when we asked them to finish cleaning it, it was such an inconvenience for them to do so. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

I took my car over to squeaky clean today to be detailed. The car came back looking like new at a reasonable cost.

I have used this car wash one or two times because it was close to my house and because I was in a rush. But every time I want there either they did a sloppy job or they didn’t do what you were paying for like air blowing the car or cleaning the windows. When I complained to the manager he claims you didn’t pay for that when that’s the basic wash. The last straw was because they lost my driver side mat. I would absolutely never use this place again. I don’t care if I have to drive five miles to the next car wash. Never again!!!

The workers the lazy and rude. I called to see if they do car inspections before arriving and they told me that they do. Upon arrival one of the younger workers told me they don’t. The manager later comes and said they’ll take care of it and I find out that they took my car to the auto shop across the street to get it done there. The original on the receipt was $ 30. This car wash place charged me $ 40.19!!! This is some bull****. When I questioned this the rude manager with the tongue piercing told me I’m getting nasty with him and that EVERYONE charges that. That’s a lie too. The most disgustingly rude one there is the young girl working the register. Who throws money at costumers? This place changed a lot from the first time of opened up. So disappointed and I’ll never go there again. RUDE, DISGUSTING, LAZY, LYING PEOPLE!

had my car detailed, wife had left her coat in the car with $ 15 in pocket. when done, coat was removed out of car and money was gone.

Needed to get my oil changed… and a car wash couldn’t hurt after all this snow so I headed down to Squeaky Clean. For $ 29.99 you get an oil change (conventional) and a car wash is included. I have synthetic oil in my car so that runs me $ 79.99 but throw in a car wash and that’s still a good deal. The tech did a nice job, calling us in to explain things and keep us in the loop as he worked. If you need an oil change, pull in to the right as if you’re heading to the car wash line, but pull in to the bay on the left side. If you’re getting your car wash after, they’ll bring your car around after the oil change.
For a free car wash, can’t complain! They did a thorough vacuum, not skimping under the seats or on the edges as I’ve seen at some car washes. They also have monthly unlimited packages starting at $ 29.99 so you can bring your car in as much as you want! A great deal for this winter for sure.

The guys always do a thorough job and are very nice. If there is something you are unhappy with, they do not hesitate to go the extra. I come here and only here when I don’t want to wash my SUV myself. I have also had a car detailed here and it looked awesome afterwards!

Fast and friendly service. Place is clean with some seating in the store. They sell a small selection of snacks around the counter but it’s not much. The oil change starts at 29.99 but if you get a car wash it goes down to 17.99. So you can get a oil change and car wash for $ 30 and they do a squeaky clean job.

I took my vehicle for a detailing, wash, and oil change. I liked that I got all of it done in one place. Car looked good too so as far as the service goes they weren’t bad. However, I noticed a few blocks away that my car charger was missing and a few other small items I had inside. Nothing big but still. I went back and it took them awhile to bring out my stuff. Then they didn’t bring all of it out til I said what was still missing. I didn’t even get a sorry or nothing. If you go here make sure you take out EVERYTHING from your car and check before you leave. That is why I gave them 2 stars.

Came here because I purchased a full detail special through Groupon. The staff was friendly and courteous… and they did a great job sprucing up my ride. As far as their car wash and detail services go, they charge about the same as everyone else in the area (maybe a buck or two more). I was very satisfied with the finished product and would definitely recommend this place (especially if you have a groupon).
