Needed to renovate my parents house so they could get discharged from rehab. Alpha Care sent someone out right away and we went through all possibilities. I wound up having Alpha remodel their whole bathroom to make it fully accessible and updated, as well as install a stairlift for them. Overall I found they were a great company to work with and the speed/​quality of all the work was very impressive (as time was a big factor).

Excellent installation service person. Office personnel ladies are VERY RUDE and ARROGANT On two separate occasions and two different woman. While trying to schedule and return the stair lift Not helpful or supportive at all. Owner and supervisors should give classes to office staff on how to talk professional and courteous to ALL customers. Very upset on the phone to the point where I had to raise my voice to be heard and understood. The only good thing
