If he does the job wrong, don’t expect him to fix it. If you’re a woman, be prepared to be belittled and talked to as though you were from an era that really never existed: the1950s. This man is an insult to the modern era we live in and will not listen to you. He cuts you off just as he asks what you want. In the end, he lost the job of two bathrooms that need to be done. We’re calling Lowe’s now for the job. We gave him a simple job to field test him, and he failed miserably, belittled the job, belittled the complaint and tried to turn it around to a contest of witty remarks and wouldn’t talk directly about the problem. Quite honestly, almost the worst business I’ve dealt with since moving to Valley Springs six years ago. I don’t know who is keeping him in business with his attitude and ineptitude. If a shower door is crooked, his answer is «just fix it yourself» Seriously, that’s his motto. He did it, he says nothing is perfect. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect it done at a level I don’t have to spend two more hours on it myself to make it work like it should.
