It’s been some time since I’ve been here, and I think they moved from this site to a nearby place, but I really enjoyed going here. It is very comofortable since it is for females only, and so you don’t have to worry about guys sweating and grunting all over the place. It is friendly and the other women were great. I wish I would have kept up with it. It is a straight regimine so you don’t have to make decisions about which machines to use, etc.
