I gave it 3 stars for the service… people were nice and helpful. This was my first visit and the food did not impress me. I ordered the ribs and they were on the dry side. so much better at Applebee. I wanted the salad bar instead of my sides. they said no .but several other dishes allowed you to substitute one of your side for it. and I wanted to substitute both. the rice had a weird taste. my hubby had the ribeye. I have had better steaks at Denny’s, it was also on the dry side. my son had the cajan ribeye. it was better then my hubby’s but not great. all in all I would not be in a hurry to go back.

The four stars is because it’s a Ruby Tuesday and I think five stars, in general, should be reserved for places with chefs and linen table cloths, but only when they deserve it. Few do. We have been here several times in the last few years, even though it is a long drive for us. I love the salad bar and the rest of the food has always been good as well. Today’s visit, my husband ordered, and received, a rare hamburger. He was a happy man. His fries were served hot and nicely cooked as well. Our server was good and the food arrived promptly. I did see the manager walk by without stopping, which to me is bad form. He was checking on the table behind us, but didn’t bother to stop for us. There were very few people eating at the time we went and it would have been a good idea for him to make an effort to show appreciation for the few customers he had. But I will still give it four stars for food, service, and cleanliness.

The service was great. The food was just ok. Ruby Tuesday is like Applebee’s with a salad bar. Our waiter offered us 2(one for me and one for my sister) miniature cheddar garlic bisquits. They were tiny. I felt like they were for a tea party for dolls. But nonetheless they were tasty. I had a burger and fries and we had a blondie for dessert. The blondie brownie was a little crispy. Our waiter was nice in offering us to-go drinks.

I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Thanks, Chris G. Next time you offer a tall, just make it a double. ;)

Good food reasonably priced. The burgers are great-try the bacon cheese on pretzel bun. A big plus is they have specialty menus for those with food allergies.

It is what it is and it’s a Ruby Tuesday. We have ate here twice now and the second time is because the AC just went out and with the Birds game already starting I knew TJ Wings would be packed. I have ordered a Pretzel Burger both times and it was good but a little greasy or buttery. My wife and son both got the southern chicken tenders and were a little overlooked the second time. Overall the restaurant itself is clean and the service is good but food is just okay.

Not a big fan. I guess if you want a big salad bar, go for it. Not sure how much longer Ruby Tuesdays will be around. Another slowly dying chain going the way of Bennigans.

One of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. My grits were under cooked, the shrimp was rubbery and it took 20 minutes to get my wife’s side. This place has shot down hill at rocket speed. Don’t go anywhere near it until it’s under new management.

There were only 10 tables at the most occupied in the whole restaurant. We waited over 15 minutes after being seated and no one ever came to our table. So we got up and left. Horrible service

Eh. It is what it is… a Ruby Tuesday– not Morton’s. First of all, don’t complain if it was near your hotel. It was«near your hotel» and you didn’t stay at the Four Seasons… so what do you expect? It was clean, food was good(salmon and pork chops were really good), beer was cold(seriously out of Bud Light in STL) and ESPN was on… Don’t overrate it, people. This wasn’t your prom date dinner… just a reasonably priced meal. Servers were great!

Oh Lord, where do I even start? I ate here because it «seemed» to be the best of the many options near my hotel — my other choices were Bob Evans, Taco Bell, Hardees and Mc D’s. Sadface on all counts. My visit started on an unfriendly note at the host stand — when informed that it was just me, she asked«oh, do you want to sit at the bar?» and I said that I’d rather not. Got some major stinkeye and a big huffy sigh for that. But come on — I don’t want to sit at the bar with a bunch of dudes watching the Cards game, ok? It’s just awkward for the single lady. Anyway, it took quite a while for my server to arrive though they weren’t busy. She was so, so nice but… they really need to do some better training. I asked for a club soda and got a blank stare followed by «Umm… like a Coke?» I tried to clarify by asking for seltzer and she was«pretty sure they had 7UP». So I had iced tea. In a vain attempt to be somewhat healthy, I ordered a turkey burger and my server asked«how would you like that done?» Yikes — how about cooked, so I don’t get the salmonella? I don’t blame the server here — clearly some better training is in order. My burger was supposed to come with bacon and avocados but arrived with nothing at all. They offered to fix it but I figured it was the universe telling me I didn’t need the extra calories. Anyway, if you like salt definitely order the turkey burger because that shiz was loaded with it. If you like good food, served the way you ordered it… well, you’re pretty much out of luck here.

i have to take it all back. i always said that I have never had a decent meal at Ruby Tuesday. But after a decade of avoidance, and some prodigious arm-twisting by family members, I grudgingly consent to grace their establish once more with my august presence. And i had a decent meal. Started with a very good pomegranate margarita. the salad bar was OK. It was a salad bar. But the product was fresh. I had the Jamaican Jerk Shrimp. Crusted shrimp coated in a spicy jerk seasoning with a nice kick! Topped with fresh mango salsa, and served on a bed of rice pilaf. i was extremely pleased and surprised. I have to admit that I can no longer hate the place and would probably go back even without the arm twisting.

This was a pretty bad experience. The one highlight was that we had a fabulous server. When our food was taking forever because of problems in the kitchen, she had the manager come stop by our table to apologize and they offered us free desserts to make up for it. If that had been the only issue, I would be given them a higher rating. But it was just the beginning. The kitchen staff didn’t tell our server until just before they handed her my plate that they were out of one of the sides I ordered — the spaghetti squash. That was a big disappointment because I really wanted to try it, but to find out 30 minutes after I ordered was unacceptable. Then the food came out… lukewarm. Actually the mashed cauliflower that I subbed in my order, turned out to be not so tasty AND almost cold. And my steak was just lukewarm too. I think they plated both of them while they waited for the lobster mac & cheese to come, which came piping hot. My mom also ordered a steak, and her steak was well done instead of medium. They did offer to make her another steak immediately, but the result was that her replacement steak came after she ate the rest of her food. So, out of 3 plates, one person was completely satisfied and 2 of us were just as disappointed. I will give the management credit since they not only gave us the free desserts, to go, but they also comped the 2 bad meals without us asking them to. The manager said the old GM had left and the new GM had just started the day before, and they were having some issues that day in the kitchen. Hopefully they will work out these problems with new management.

I’ve been a few times now, and each time I ask why did I go back. Seems like serving size while OK, doesn’t match the price tag they charge for their menu items. I think I am done giving this place a try as my wallet prefers I go elsewhere.

I’ve never been a big fan, but they changed their menu and we got a $ 10 gift card so what the heck. Service was ok. At one point a couple of waitresses congregated next to the bar complaining about the hostess putting too may tables in their areas. It’s not a big restaurant to begin with and there had to be 5 or 6 waitresses. I had the Jamaican Jerk Shrimp. It wasn’t too bad, but consisted mainly of a big bowl of rice with 8 small shrimp on the top. The flavor wasn’t bad. The salad bar was included. I had never had their salad bar before because it didn’t look too inspiring. It’s your basic salad bar, nothing to write home about. My wife had what I consider to be their best item, the ribs. Their ribs are definitely fall off the bone. I wish I would’ve ordered them. All in all, our overall experience wasn’t bad. There just isn’t a lot to get excited about with their menu. We’ll probably continue to drive past it without stopping.

Food is good but service is always slow and getting seating is always a process regardless of when you go. Never understood why out would take so long to get seated when there are empty tables. Get the salad bar to hold you over until your good arrives.

I decided to do something different for lunch today because I was craving a salad. I picked Ruby Tuesday’s because I knew they had a Salad Bar. For some reason, I thought I remembered it being bigger. It was good, but it didn’t merit a second trip. The service was ok, but nothing special. When I walked in the door, I assume the manager snapped at the greeter of where to put me. It just kind of put me off for the whole visit. The food is normally good here. I have eaten here a couple times before, but I think that first impression is the reason for the lower stars.
