«One Less Monkey Rocks« My wife and I visited Harrah’s Southern California Resort and enjoyed«One Less Monkey«. This 3 piece band was AWESOME ! There was so many people in the Corked Lounge that night, the Band decided to play right through their break period to please everyone. Which band does that? The drummer of this band was one of the best I have ever seen or heard. You just could not take your eyes off of him as he was so entertaining, He Spanked, Slammed, and Pounded the drums and symbols with theatrical specialty, throughout every tune that the band played. A very enjoyable evening of music and wine tasting in the Corked Lounge. We will definitely be back to see«One Less Monkey »

Mediocre Wine, very overpriced. Great jazz band so the evening wasn’t a total bust.

Best beer and wine selection in the casino. Most of the bartenders are Sommeliers and are really knowledgeable about beer and wine. Ask them about anything on the menu they are fun to talk to! Thursday-Sunday they have live jazz or blues. Also they have a really nice firepit area in the back that makes for a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy a nice glass of wine/beer.

Definitely a wino spot! Came in the afternoon to enjoy a glass of wine and some super chill live music. We were lucky the band playing that night was very good. There are plenty of very comfortable couches to lounge around in, and the bar area is very spacious, and each seat at the bar has a poker machine in front of you, just like Vegas, so you can gamble and drink at the same time. The wine selection is very good, and they definitely have a wide range, from $ 6/glass to high end $ 75/glass. The setting is very classy and very relaxing. The bartenders were very friendly and humorous. I talked to 2 of them, and they even made me a special drink and asked me to name the drink. Very cool!

I love this place! I’ve been to Harrah’s maybe a handful of times and I think this is probably one of the most laid back areas of the resort. Just my speed. It’s one of the newer additions to the property, right next to the events center and across the way from Pink’s and Earl of Sandwich(which i’m equally excited about, I always make it a point to eat there when i’m in Vegas). The wine bar features a fantastic selection of wines from $ 7-$ 70/glass. My sister tried the prisoner zin — bold and not too much tannin. So delicious! I had never heard of it before but I hear it’s popular. They also have a weekly rotation of local craft beers on tap. I got the syntax milk stout from mother earth brewery in vista. Stouts and brown ales are my fav, and this did not disappoint. They also carry my favorite — Rogue hazelnut! I always think a bar wins extra points when they serve this beer. Overall this bar is great because it’s away from the smokiness of the casino and has a very great atmosphere. Lots of seating around the bar and cute places to relax nearby when the jazz band is playing. Nice job, Harrahs!
