Steak tacos are good and so is the corn on the cob ! Which is only 1.50 compared to the stand for 3.00! I get two steak tacos and a corn for only 5.50! Can’t beat it. one of the best ones I’ve tried in Vallejo.

Been coming to this place for 10 years now. It used to be parked where a new taco truck is parked now. I haven’t gotten sick of their food(aka diarrhea) compared to other taco trucks. Best authentic Mexican food for the price. Their vegetarian burrito is tasty.

Gotta say I have been reformed. I just don’t usually want to try the trucks, stems from long ago. I was convinced to at least try this one, and the person offered to treat so I went here last week and got a «test» taco, pollo. DEEEEEEEEELISH!!! The owner asked me «How is it?» and I told him it was so good I could taste that he loves what he does. He answered«It’s my passion» and I said«I can tell» Truly tasty, from the sauces to the pico de gallo, which is fresh and lovely. Smiles, good solid service, great prices… I mean really! Next time you drive by, stop and get a test taco and I GUARANTEE you will be back again. Let us know here too when you do, Dahlin!

I come here multiple times a week for a good burrito. Service can be slow at times which is something that isn’t always perfect for me. But I will say it’s worth it and I’ve been eating here for years they also open at 9am.

An ok regular asada burrito for $ 5.50. Tasty with a little gristle. Not very large and overpriced by about $ 1IMHO. Will look for alternatives next time I’m in the area. Fast friendly service.

The best Taco truck in Vallejo. Its better than the resturant. I have been eating here for almost 20 years. Best when the big guys cooking. He is there on Sunday mornings. The Carne Asada Street Tacos are the best in the V. Throw on the top a little Green sauce and your in burrito heaven! Top rated even in the SF Bay. I know because I eat everywhere!

Definatly like the new look. However I wish they would have stayed in the same lot that they used to be. There was more parking so it was not so crowded and you could gave inside seating as well. Pricing is very reasonable time waiting I’d say us average. Customer service as I always have to add is great no complaints here. Now you’re probably wanting to know hue the food is more then anything I’m sure. Well it’s not my favorite but you defiantly can’t go wrong. I had the torts with bbq beef it was pretty good. I like this truck better the the restaurant! That’s for sure!

My bride and I were looking for some place to catch some quick, tasty mexican food. We drove past the Jalisco, and decided to stop for a quick bite. It was tasty quick and filling. Their food is flavorful, the meat is juicy and the beans and rice are fresh. We had chicken and pork al pastor in burritos, and they were good. It’s not gourmet, but it is a friendly place, with good food in a casual, warm environment. We had fun, we are fans.

Burritos are alright here. The portions are huge and the ingredients are fresh, and they give you delicious, crispy chips and salsa with your order. But I think the burritos need more flavor and zest! Maybe marinate the meat more overnight. Overall, a decent burrito if you’re on a student budget.

So just because you have a big order you still can’t stop and take a couple more orders to avoid money walking away because it’s cold as hell and I’ve been waiting 4mins with two kids and still I never got my order taken I went down the street to the other taco truck they give you your money back if you don’t like the food but I loved my shrimp and steak super burrito glade that I went there instead.

The legendary Vallejo taco truck is my atf for burritos. They have a restaurant on Sonoma but for some reason the truck tastes better to me. I can tell a big difference in the carne asada which leads me to believe they might actually have different owners but not sure. A friend of mine was visiting from NC and staying at a hotel in Vallejo. He was telling how good the burritos were at Mi Pueblo so i tried it out and was disappointed. The next day i took him to Tacos Jalisco truck to show him what a real burrito tastes like! He asked the cook what was good and the cook said Chicharrones so he got that. I never even thought of that as a burrito option before so i rolled the dice and got the same. Maaaaann that burrito changed my life! I don’t get anything else now as a result. Other burrito options are forever out of the question. that’s how good it was!

Just had, quite possibly thee worst burrito, I’ve eaten, ever!!! The Beans were under cooked, a chicken bone, no sour cream, no salsa. I asked for a SUPER burrito with steak, chicken and everything! Not to mention the size of it. Was charged 11.50 for this«super burrito» and a torta… Around 11am may 5th never again will I eat here

Five stars all the way for the tacos! Here is why this has become one of my favorite trucks: Lengua, lengua and some more lengua(tongue)! I don’t usually eat lengua tacos but I was sold when I tried them here not only is it soft and fresh not chewy but the tacos are topped off with avocado. Also try the pineapple water it’s delicious and refreshing. Side note the truck is not RED at this location.

The tacos here were delicious. The tacos were pretty unique in terms of toppings and flavor and I liked that it came with avacado.

If you are in the Napa area and have a craving for tacos, your choices are plenty, but you will probably not find a better grub or a better deal than Jalisco’s taco truck. Not only are the tacos fresh and delicious, they are taken to new heights with the pickled carrots and jalapeño which are served as sides. I recommend the cabeza(beef cheeks). On the days I visited, the truck was in the parking lot of the gas station at Solano Ave and Redwood Rd.

Hands down the BEST Mexican in Vallejo! B –S – Located next to a small grocery store very close to corpus field/Vallejo high – BEST Mexican in Vallejo – CASHONLY – It’s a Taco Truck with a small building next to it where you can eat – Super cheap – Horchata FTW! – Super Burritos = – Tortas are great as well This is my spot for Mexican in Vallejo. All the locals come here and it’s well known that TJ’s is originated from Oakland and EVERYONE knows how good those taco trucks are. It’s really bad but I still crave this place and I’ve been going here all my life! Every time I stop by, I usually get a chicken super burrito, a carne asada torta and 2 horchatas because they only have one size cup. The price is super cheap like $ 10 for all that food! And I can’t even finish it. If I ever finished it, it probably means that I’ve doubled my stomach capacity! The chicken is always super fresh and tasty. The carne asada is sometimes a little bit dry, but it works well with their torta and their red salsa makes it complete! I prefer the red over green, but it’s totally your choice.

In the wild, taco trucks can only give birth to delicious burrito babies under very delicate and specific circumstances. Tacos Jalisco meets some of these but ends up falling short of greatness. Location: Deep within the heart of the ghetto. This natural habitat of the roach coach suits Tacos Jalisco well. The«rough» neighborhood brings all sorts of interesting and scary characters together to enjoy some traditional mobile cuisine. Ingredients: While the carnitas were tender and flavorful, they were drowned with sour cream. Sour cream can be enjoyable and delicious. Everyone knows that. Even so, when sour cream starts becoming the focal point of the burrito, something is wrong. Price: At 5 dollars you would be hard pressed to find a better cost per pound(even though a good deal of that pound would be gooey sour cream). In the end, if you enjoy sour cream and don’t mind venturing into the ghetto to get it, the Tacos Jalisco truck could be for you.

I love burritos and this is a solid place to get my fix when in Vallejo. My favorite is La Perla, but when it’s closed, I’ll head on over to Tacos Jaliscos. Their carne asada and chicken are good. They’ll add lettuce to your burrito if you ask(yes I know I’m weird, but I like lettuce in my burrito). Prices are reasonable and service is friendly.
