Old Navy

Not bad not great. If you’ve been to the flagship store in SF then this will definately disappoint. One major annoyance here are the sales signs, it is inevitable that one or two items I purchase ring up for a higher price. Its annoying that the sign is above many of the same clothes items but they are not on sale. Aside from that you can still score some great deals here, especially when the clearance is an additional off. Since my son is a growing boy I can buy bigger items and just save them for when the time comes. Its also not super busy so you can get in and out in a short time. Some of the sales people are a little loopy but whateva!

My friend use to work here. I came there to keep his ass company since he got bored there. Decent clean store.

I’ve gone to other Old Navy, and even though this one is in Vallejo, the staff here are all very nice and helpful. This place is also always clean. I rarely ever come here when it’s super messy or crowded.

What do you do when you are hopelessly cheap and buy drinks and candy to smuggle into your matinée movie but realize you don’t have a purse to put them in?
You scurry over to Old Navy to find an equally cheap purse for $ 6 fill it up with multiple drinks and treats then put a layer of faux stuffing on top like a scarf, wallet, sunglasses so if they ask you to open you bulging bag they might be deceived.
I also carried in an old gatorade that was in the car as a decoy. I figured then it wouldn’t seem like I was trying to sneak stuff in.
Trust me it was still cheaper than buying all the shit in the actual theater.
This Old Navy is just fine.

I haven’t shopped here in a while, but now I know why. Whenever I go in, I so do not want to come out. They have the cutest clothes and very practical for me because I can never seem to find what I am looking for. The service is okay, my attention was focused on the pile of clothes I was purchasing and the dollar amount as each was scanned in. It also helped that when I did come into shop I got 15% off. Not too shabby for me. I am glad that they cleaned up a little. I was disappointed that the girls section for my daughter’s size was not as big as I once thought. I think when I did shop here my daughter was like five, whew, time does go by. I loved their sweater dresses and skinny jeans are definitely my favorite. Can’t wait to go back and do some more spending!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE VALLEJO, OLD NAVY WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I called them to make sure they had a lot of maternity clothes in stock and the girl on the phone told me that they had tons of stuff. My friend and I drove an hour to go there for maternity clothes and couldn’t find any, so we asked a girl in the store and she told us that they were over by the swimsuits. Looked again and still nothing so my friend asked another girl and she said the same thing. Then the employee walked over to us and said, «Our maternity section was shipped out.» 3 different employees didn’t know that a whole department of their store got shipped out, that is pretty bad.

Service at this store is HORRIBLE!!! It takes forever + 1 day to get waited on. Every time I go to pay for my items, I’m in line a minimum of 10 minutes, even when there are just 1 or 2 people ahead of me. They never call for help when the line gets backed up
