JB’s Smokehouse Barbeque

The food is awful, seriously bad. The Bbq cheeseburger taste like school hamburgers very poor quality meat, the cheese for some reason does not melt. The bbq chicken is Tyson grilled chicken. It tastes microwaved, to warm up from being frozen. They dont toss out the old waffle fries, you will get rock hard old fries mixed with fresh fries. They have a bbq out front which is never used. Everything is heat and serve here. If its the last place on earth and you have to eat something here get the bbq brisket and beans. The beans arent too bad, a little spice but not too bad.

Its high priced BBQ in a amusement park. Much to be desired. The best bet and value for the money is the burger, served with fries and beans and it’s actually pretty good.

This place must pay their workers below minimum wage because the are all so unmotivated, rude & SLOW! We waited in line for 20 minutes — no kidding when there were only two people ahead of us. We saw that there was only one register open to take orders and that food was not coming out of the window.
When it was finally our turn, I opted for the pulled pork sandwich & the bf had a grilled chicken sandwich. We waited another 20 minutes for our food to come out. In that time, we witnessed workers being super slow & ignoring a patron’s request for utensils! Workers would also go to the back for a long time before coming out to take another order.
Our food came out & what we saw was a disaster! The grilled chicken was a pale, incredibly thin patty that I wasn’t even sure if it was chicken! The bf refused to eat it so they made him another kind of sandwich & let us keep the chicken. What a waste because we couldn’t bring ourselves to touch it. My pulled pork was dry so I had to douse it in extra bbq sauce. The fries were so horrible! They were cold and soggy!
Please avoid this place at all cost! You are MUCH better off going to the Panda Express line. Our friends practically finished their meal by the time we got to the table.

Waste of time waiting in line here. These people move like cold molasses and have no motivation to keep the line moving. Only 1 register open?
The sole cashier did not issue me a number so customers must listen for their ordered items to be called out. I watched the workers thru the open pickup window as they moved around s l o w l y assembling the orders to which had no process flow. The waffle fries that comes with your meal sit in a stainless steel tub that had been cooked hours ago and the worker grabs a handful and loads it on your plate after moving around the kitchen. Where the hell are the tongs?
I turned around to see all the angry customers wonder why their meals take so long and can tell we all had this annoyed look. The plates were slowly being assembled but there was no one around in the kitchen giving our food out. It was horrible and tasted the same. My grilled chicken sandwich did not even look like it spent a single second on any such grill especially when all this place had was this giant oven that kept food warm. One customer asked if his chicken sandwich was even cooked. Nasty. I say go to Panda Express or pack your own lunch. I was tempted to throw my chicken patty to feed the giraffes bc I certainly wasn’t going to eat it.

It took us more than 45 mins to get order.
The food were cold, awful and way over priced.
The worst food ever!

They had two people operating the only bbq joint there. Took1.5 hours to get food. The poor girl making stuff seemed frantic and overworked. The entire time I was in line there were no less than 100 people in line. I had a lot of time to look around and count. After placing my order I was told I would not be getting a side. The menu board clearly states that I would. I told the retard jockeying the register that he would be giving me what the menu board says. He had a lame excuse about it being changed but not on the board yet. Mother Bleep these assclowns. They need at least 6 people working in there.

We waited almost 30−40min to get our turkey legs… OMG.
It first had taken 10 minutes to get to the window, when we got there, they said they had no turkey legs. Then I tried to order a burger, and they said they were out of burgers, too. Man we were really frustrated. We had a family that was hungry and craving for some bbq. It would have been nice if they posted a sign that said out of turkey legs and burgers (at the moment), I wouldn’t of waited. After we told them how inconvenient that was, a worker yelled out the window that it would take 10 – 15 minutes for turkey legs. Barely anyone heard him because the line was waaaay out there.
Someone out of my family said, we can wait 10 – 15 minutes, but seriously it was about 30 minutes. I guess they had to go someplace else to get the turkey legs. Man, a run down of whats going on would have been nice. I don’t have patience when I’m hungry. The manager was not present during all this time. BUT when they finally arrived with the food she was talked to. She did understand our frustrations and said she would fix it, but we already paid. You can’t owe back time.
