Super busy almost all the time, but it’s right on 80, so that’s probably why… This location is the better of the Vallejo locations and oddly super clean inside. There’s nothing on the menu I haven’t tried, as I’ve been eating at JITB forever. I’m not sure I like the new buns that the corporation uses, but for a quick fast food fix, I usually opt for Jack’s… they have the best of all the fast food joints value menus. If you’re from a third world backwater ruled by maniacal despots, and haven’t tried fast food, the chicken sandwiches of all types are great, the sourdough jack, the curly fries, awesome milk shakes too…

I never write reviews on places but thought I should this time. This isn’t about the food but about the person severing myself and everyone else that was in there at that time. This guy was great! Super friendly and helpful. Jack I would be careful and look into investing some time into this guy or someone could snatch him up. You don’t come across people like him everyday. Makes customers happy and has a «real» smile on his face will doing it. I believe his name was Angel. Not 100% sure though. He didn’t have a name tag on but that name was on my receipt. Thank you sir and good luck.

Can’t really complain about Jack in general. After all, they serve breakfast all day, are open 24 hours and have a rather extensive selection of items. Only thing is that the combos are a bit expensive and that’s just for a medium combo. The price goes up if you want large curly fries, for example. Drive-thru isn’t bad at all. The person taking my order is usually very courteous and accurate. This location doesn’t skimp on condiments when you ask for them(buttermilk sauce!) and they’re usually fast. Inside though is a different story. The tables are often dirty and need some wiping down. Staff is a bit slow to respond to those situations. Otherwise, most of my experience with this Jack has been drive thru. Stick to drive thru.

They took over 30 minutes to complete our order. The manager there was here and there but most of the time the cash register was by itself. This is probably the worst jack in the box I’ve ever been too. She did however offer ys free drinks for waiting that long. Honestly by that time i just wanted to leave because our food was already getting cold. Never coming back!

The place is dysfunction junction. Don’t bother going through the drive thru, unless you want to wait forever! They have someone sitting outside taking orders instead of the speaker box. Then they don’t even let you drive up to window… cause they need more time to process the order… ridiculous!

Ordered the new portobello mushroom burger and a nacho monster taco. Food was ok and the curly fries well, let’s just say was non existent. As I was about to drive away I noticed there was no receipt for my order, when I asked for my receipt I was given a look, then a receipt. Receipt said I ordered 2 tacos and that’s it. What’s wrong with this picture? Looks like something fishy going on inside.

I frequently get here to get a couple of free tacos after I shop at Grocery outlet. They are alway courteous, quick and the food tastes good. What else can you ask for??? I wish they would do as McDonald does and offer dollar drinks … Go here get a taco or two they are great!

If there was a ZEROSTARS option I sure would give this place zero stars! We live a mile away so we frequent here. The girl who works the drive thru in the morning is a hot mess. She is extremely rude and doesn’t know what customer service is ATALL. This location also has an issue following directions. We ordered a breakfast sandwich with NOCHEESE. The screen said«no cheese» and the receipt said«no cheese» when we opened the sandwich there was cheese dripping off!!! DONOTGOTOTHISLOCATION!!!

Service is mediocre, got order wrong, slow and barely spoke english so I gave up trying to correct my order.

0 stars. Only because of service. Considering there was no service was told one minute but 5 min later was told one minute. When I started to ask the rude girl looked at me and just said«what». I said excuse me. She just gave me that look. So guess what. I went elsewhere never to return to this location. Until the employees like their jobs then this place will continue to suck.

Now THIS… is the way JACK would want his BOX! SITREP Go ahead… LAUGH. I expect it. After all, it is very difficult to have an erudite review-discussion about Jack-in-the-Box of all places. But after you maintain your composure and clean up the soda that spewed out on your keyboard, we can move forward with this review. SETUP First off, I really can’t talk about this Vallejo location’s Jack-in-the-Box without bringing in the Pinole Valley exit(off I-80) Jack-in-the-Box as the«Compare & Contrast» point of reference. And to add context to this important review discussion, I need to point out that JACK(all of his locations) have been there for me for more than 15 years, to facilitate much needed post-SF Clubbing munchies as my carpool — or myself solo — go trekking back on that(seemingly) long drive to Sacramento. From Breakfast Jacks, 2 for $ 1 Tacos, and the occasional Sourdough combo, Jack has satisfied the internal combustion needs of my system just as much as the gas stations next door satisfies the gas tank of my vehicle. ENTERTHEPOINTOFCONTENTION But… «IFITSAYS24HRSYOUSHOULDBEFREAKINOPEN!» …last night was the 6th time in a row that I’ve hit the Pinole Valley Jack-in-the-Box between the hours of 3am and 4:00am and YOU(Jack) have been closed! Some shit-poor excuse of conducting«system maintenance». Well guess what, Pinole Valley Jack — if you SAY you are open«24HRS» but you are CLOSED consistently between the hours of 3am-4am, then you are NOT«24HRS», are you? This is not difficult arithmetic to surmise and it’s FALSE advertising to take offline ONE of the most important hours(«3am-4am») that would give you the bragging rights in the first place to SAY you are actually open«24HRS.» So change your freakin sign to «OPEN23HRS — CLOSEDBETWEEN3AM-4AM» and employ a bit more truth in advertising, and therefore not creating a series of frustrated attempts to patronize you only to be DENIED. ENTERVALLEJOJACK So in response, I have to say KUDOS to the good franchisee-peeps at the VALLEJO Jack-in-the-Box(a mere 10 minutes further down Eastbound I-80) for being OPEN between the hours of 3AM-4AM, thereby being truthful and correct in applying the OPEN24HRS statement to themselves! THELOWDOWN Your customer service is consummate, precise and ingratiating. I realize you don’t have a maitre d’, but I certainly don’t hold that against you! BRAVO! [I realize that by itself, this review probably only rates 4STARS — HOWEVER, because of the proximity and the aggravation that the Pinole Valley JACK has created for all of those in my carpools these many occasions, we really REALLY want to rub Pinole Valley JACK’s nose in it by pointing out that«YOUSUCK!» when compared to Vallejo JACK.]

I love Jaque en le crack. Especially this one. We don’t do fast food hardly ever. When we do, it’s usually at Jack’s. It’s like gourmet drive thru. And the people here are always nice and quick. Here are some of our faves: –Egg Rolls –French Toast sticks –Sourdogh Breakfast Sandwich –Sirloin Burger w/purple onion, bacon and two cheeses(SOSOYUMM) –Spicy Chicken Sandwich –Oreo Milkshake –Strawberry Banana Smoothie and, last but not least… –Breakfast Jacks & Monster Tacos! These are child hood memories from back in the days when you got to order your food to the talking jack in the box head!!! How many of you remember that?

Service is generally good. Tacos used to be a bargain at 99 cents. Hey I know I can’t expect much from this restuarant. However, today they decided to rip me off on my tacos. No meat, no filling, kind of like the way they used to serve tacos in the 70’s. When will Vallejo ever get a Adaberto’s?
