No bugs, clean place. Problem was with the power. I went to turn on the light… it didn’t work. So I fi gunna red okay, let me turn on the lights next to the bed. Great, they worked, I was cool with it. So I go to turn them off, bang. I get zapped. Sparks flew right out. Not the safest thing. Also there was no working shower. All in all, I’d say stay here in a jam. But of you have some time, definitely search around the area. I would recommend the Town house Inn in nearby fairfield. Pleasantly surprised.

Do not stay here! Very ghetto!!! Don’t use Expedia to book your rooms either or you end up in a motel with lots of activity at night and a 12×12 box to sleep in. Not to mention it looks like they went to a yard sale to furnish it. And to top it off I’m trying to cancel the second day and Expedia keeps hanging up on me and not answering? Maybe they have caller ID.? Maybe only 1 guy doing the job? It sounded like the Same guy from the day before. All in a nut shell I am very disappointed for what i paid for. Go to the supper 8 across the freeway it’s just as cheap, but way nicer, that’s where I tried to get and I ended up in HELL Hole using Expedia!!! And Unilocal makes you pick a star or it would be blank.

This is the second year I’ve stayed at Express Inn so I could attend the BottleRock music festival in Napa without being forced to sell my firstborn in order to afford a place to stay, and I still think it’s a great budget accommodation. The motel is by far one of the most affordable places to stay within a short distance of the land of wine and pretension. Bed and pillows were comfy, and I slept well despite the noise coming from the freeway. The rooms are a bit worn and a little dingy in the corners — but clean where it counts! — and come equipped with wifi(that works!), a flatscreen satellite TV, fridge and microwave, coffee maker, and iron/ironing board(upon request). It’s definitely still a budget motel, but considering I get all of the above for a price comparable to a Motel 6, this will continue to be the first place I turn to when I need a place to stay in the area.
