I moved in there with a couple roommates are rent was $ 1475 a month for the first three months then out of no where it increased to almost $ 1800 so I go to the office speak with the manager Mandy ask what’s going on with this she says don’t worry about it it’s a mistake only pay $ 1475 so I did then next month I get a bill for the same amount so I go in the office just to make sure I should still pay this amount I speak with Mandy and she says no this is the right amount and she said I owe almost $ 300 from last month and I say she told me not to pay that amount and she claims she never said that. On top of that during the 4th month living there our water heater busted and it started flooding the apartment most of the apartment was hardwood floor so not a big deal except the two bedrooms were carpet and water got all over my roommates bedroom carpet but not mine so we tell Mandy about it she says she’ll have someone come check it out and replace the water heater and carpet, she has the water heater replaced but not the carpet she says she has to special order it so I say ok how long will that be she says about 1 – 2 weeks so 3 weeks later I ask what’s up with the new carpet and she says oh that’s right I’m sorry but I forgot to order it so I go back to my apartment then a couple days later I get an eviction notice saying I owe almost $ 3000 I go back to the office ask her what’s going on she says two months of payments were returned by my bank so I go to my bank and they have now record of anything being returned so I go back to the office and I ask for something in writing saying it was returned she says there’s nothing in writing I’m just telling you it was then we get into a long argument ending with me and my roommate stating were moving out we took pictures of the carpet which by this time had started growing mold and then we packed up all of our stuff stayed with some relatives in San Francisco and have converted the downstairs of there place into a two bedroom apartment and have been paying $ 1600 in rent and we will be suing this place. So basically if you looking for a new apartment this is not worth it despite how beautiful it looks.

I stumbled upon these apartments when searching for a new place to live in Vallejo. Curious to learn more, I called their office and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the leasing agent. I was easily able to get all of my questions answered and am looking forward to possibly living there in the future!

I’m relocating from Los Angeles to Vallejo and decided to check out Austin Creek and I definitely was not disappointed. The grounds are what caught my eye and the excellent customer service I got from the leasing agent named Lucy is what made me want to learn more. She was so welcoming and friendly and catered to the millions of questions I had and made my search for my new home so pleasurable. I mainly spoke with her but the rest of the team seemed quite friendly and created a welcoming environment. Although I won’t be making the move until the New Year, I definitely will be coming back with my spouse to show him the wonderful property I found. 5 stars to Lucy and the Austin Creek team for helping me find a new place to call home!
