Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been in! I had my service dog with me and Gustavo gave me so much attitude and said she doesn’t seem very well trained! I didn’t want to make a scene so I left. My family went on to order and he didn’t even take all of their orders and we left with only fries! I’ve never been so upset and offended. I also work in customer service and I have to deal with shitty customer all the time but I’ve never been caught so off guard! Needless to say, this place is horrible and I would never come back!

Nice, clean, modern Wendy’s. Use the Magic Mountain turnoff from FWY5. Wife and I visited for a snack, found the tables to be neat and clean, and ordering was a breeze. The Asian Chicken Salads($ 6.79) were excellent. That high-tech Coca-Cola soft drink dispensing robot unit was a bit off-putting, but somehow I managed. Glad we stopped here, and definitely recommend this Wendy’s.

I kinda sorta found hair in my food. That’s pretty much all I need to say for this review.

Clean and fast service. Came in here to grab a quick snack. There was a long line but the attendants were able to take our orders pretty quickly.

The one star is not for the food but for the customer service revived. I was helped by two managers one male one female they had attitude like I should bow down and praise them for taking my order. I was told that they no longer give a local discount which is okay it was the way I was told like I was a child. I also ordered one side of pickle and onion to go white each of my burgers, when I pick up my order there are no sides. I asks for them and the manager come back with only half the sides I requested and asked me do you really need and want that many sides? There is just a lot of poor service here. The food was okay the meat was on the colder side. The Wendy’s in Saugus is head and shoulders superior to this location. It is sad to have this experience here.

Slow service. Waiting for our food took a long time. Asked for one sausage and one bacon sandwich… Got two bacon. Opened my coffee cup to reveal it only being half filled. Very disorganized here.

I love Wendy’s but this location is just okay. I came with my husband to make a quick stop after driving an hour and 20 minutes. He wanted to get a chili and we noticed it from the freeway. It is right next to magic mountain and it was late so it wasn’t too crowded. The lobby was closed when we got there and we really had to use the restroom. The lady at the drive-thru window told us from a distance that the lobby was closed after I had got down and got my baby down too. She was staring at us when we were getting down and walking towards the lobby, but she didn’t tell us until we were about to open the door. I was mad because it looked opened but apparently just the drive-thru. It wasn’t even that late either. I just went back inside the car and my husband was stubborn he still wanted his chili. There was a long line for the drive-thru and it was going pretty slow. I couldn’t get out because I was stuck in between two cars. I thought I wasn’t to far from ordering so I stayed anways. When we finally got our food it was the same as any other Wendy’s. It was good, but I couldn’t really enjoy my food. I had to use the restroom and I really wanted to eat in the lobby. I didn’t see any signs that the lobby was closed. That was disappointing. The service was okay. Nothing great about it. She didn’t even apologize like most places do when you have an inconvenience. I know it is not her fault, but like I said most places do apologize and it’s nice. My husband ended up eating in the car and he said the food was good. He just didn’t want to drink any liquids because he had to use the restroom too. We didn’t want to waste more time so we took off. It was convenient to have the freeway right next to this Wendy’s. 3 stars it is.

Best Wendy’s I ever been too. Their service is great and different from other Wendy’s around my area in the 626. They bring your food to you and when you go through drive through, they’ll actually take outside trash for you so you can make space for the food you would be ordering. I know when I go to McDonalds, they don’t take outside trash. Only bad thing I have to say about this place is that their fries can be super salty…

Friendly staff but they did not give me a receipt and they didn’t give us our French fries!!! I need my French fries. We ordered two kids meals and they didn’t get their juice and milk. Thank God I parked before we took off and made sure we had everything. They accommodated us and we’re extremely nice. The inside was amazing and is super nice.

New remodel looks great! Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good but this store lacks a dollar menu. I guess it’s because it’s in front of Magic Mountain and the owner can make an extra buck. but other than that it’s a beautiful store and a great place to visit.

New building but same olé great service and people. Can change the outside, but it’s just the same good, same people inside. Prices are high as compared to other Wendys in the area but I guess that’s because their next to a money pit of a theme park. Catch them while they’re hungry I guess.

This has reopened with a complete makeover. And the prices reflect this. More expensive than a regular Wendy’s.

My kids love Wendy’s and we live nearby so we come here frequently. This place gets really busy around lunch time and especially when Magic Mountain is open. The food is standard Wendy’s, fresh and good(for fast food). The people who work here are great. I am eating low carb and they will happily give you a burger with no bun without question. When it’s not overly busy they will also bring your food to the table. They also have 2 of those custom coke machines which I love.

This is not a normal review for me. I try to avoid fast food like the plague. I would much rather obtain my calories from something fresh and truly«made-to-order.» That being said, it’s 11pm last Saturday and after riding all the crazy roller coasters at Magic Mountain for 8+ hours, I was in need of some substance. My brain was definitely a little rocked and rattled, so against my better judgement, we made a quick stop at the drive-thru before embarking on our 80 mile ride home to Laguna Beach.(You literally pass Wendy’s as you leave Six Flags.) Other than all the obvious reasons to dislike fast food chains, I am a vegetarian so choices are extremely limited. I opted for a baked potato with broccoli and cheddar($ 4), garden side salad($ 2) and a medium Frosty($ 3). I was going for the small, but I asked my boyfriend is he was going to want some Frosty… yes… and I knew we needed a bigger size. I do have to say I was slightly offended when the drive-thru employee asked«Vanilla or Chocolate?» because we all know Frostys are chocolate! Good for Wendy’s making more money on a brand extension, but if I want vanilla I will let you know. It should be assumed Frosty = chocolate. The Frosty was 100% my guilty pleasure that night and the cold, slightly creamy goodness was amazing. I didn’t think about what weird ingredients comprise the deliciousness, I just slowly spooned and slurped my back home. As for the potato and salad… meh. They were edible at best, lacking any real flavor or enjoyment. The star of the show was the Frosty.

First off lets get something straight, it’s the obvious choice to not eat at Magic and wait till you get to wendys down the hill from the park but the real question to be asked before u go is this… Do I really wanna eat food that’s cooked in grease that rarly gets cleaned. Or use a bathroom that smell and look disgusting! They say«get it ur way» ya if ur way is flys and shit and magic mountian sweat and ass when u walk in. then cool u can eat there. And don’t get me a started on the food. Do u ever eat the chili? Ya I bet it’s good. Have u ever thought how it is made ?? The meat that u are eating is left over meat that DIDN’T GETSOLD and after 20 min of sitting on a heating stage it gets thrown in a bin that’s full if other UNSOLD meat from the entire day. Then at the end if the night they store it in there walk in freezer and date it. Then when the morning comes to make new chili you would think that they would do that at least. Not the case people. The left over chili from the previous night that was left over is put back in re heated. When they do finally run out of UNSOLD chili they make a new batch. Which consist of Canned crap and water and GRINDED/CHOPPED OLDMEATFROMTHEDAYBEOFRE. !! Now some of you may not believe me but then ask one last question… How do I know so much? I worked there at that Wendy’s for nearly 5 yrs. so ya, u can trust me.
