Happily purchased from them in the past… however, my latest purchase, a brand new pair of binoculars came not functioning. I requested a return label to get a replacement pair.
They told me not to send them back to them, they didn’t warrant them the manufacturer did, and I would have to send them back to the manufacturer for consideration.
In addition to the shipping charges I paid to get the binoculars sent to my home initially, I paid an additional $ 14.95 for shipping product to the manufacturer to get my «brand new» binoculars repaired.
Customer Service Rep. was in my view not helpful at all, basically told me to review their return policies… and I haven’t heard anything since.
For what its worth, be careful what you buy from them because it appears once they get paid and ship product out the door you’re on your own. I am now waiting for my brand new repaired binoculars to be returned to me.

The store is clean, and prices are decent, but there’s a couple issues. TL;DR version: poor inventory in stock and bad tailor.
#1) The inventory is always lacking. I know they can get it from their warehouse quick, but the storefront has very little. About 70% of the time I go there, they don’t have anything in stock. No right handed holsters, very few uniforms, etc etc. It’s just annoying that such a huge store has so little.
#2) The tailor is awful. When I had uniforms fitted, I told him to take more in on the body. He refused saying he was sure it would fit perfect and he’s been doing it 16 years. Sure enough, when I came back to get them it looked like I was wearing a shirt 2 sizes too big. I had even worn my vest in to make sure it would be fitted well, and they were huge on me. I showed him the issue and he insisted it was fine, and he couldn’t make it any tighter. He again claimed he had been doing it 16 years and knew best. Well… I’ve been wearing the uniform to work for 5 years and never had one this loose fitting. I even tested it compared to my old uniforms and confirmed I was right. I took the shirts elsewhere, where they took out OVER FIVE MORE INCHES of material. Now they fit right.
In summary, go ahead and buy uniforms here… but have someone else fit them for you.

Awesome local store. I’ll be coming here for my work equipment all the time. From the outside it doesn’t look like much but they have everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Greeted instantly walking into the store. Every time I asked them about something they knew exactly what I needed and where to find it. Once I had what I needed they checked me out quickly. While checking out they even set me in their system for easy returns if needed.

Prior to this retail location opening, I would purchase online and go pick up at the warehouse up the road. Now, it is a convenient luxury to be able to browse and see items in person.
The store is well stocked with top brands like Under Armor, Oakley, Bates, Tru-​Spec, 5.11 and many others. The employees have been helpful and they always have what you need. The store is clean and well organized making it simple to locate what you’re looking for. The prices are also very competitive.

Came in bout a month ago, was looking for a specific type of pant, experienced the worst customer service. When I asked for the pants one employee just pointed. Then when I asked another for a specific location they also just pointed. This store is a complete joke, when you went to the lobby of the warehouse before they moved it to the store the service was great. Will be making a little further drive to Galls next time.

First time and I gotta say they are my new store for work equipment! Their prices are Great! they have GREAT Customer Service! and best of all they are fully stocked! Finally a affordable place in SCV.

Finally a uniform and supply store that has what I need and cheap. The Santa Clarita Valley has needed a uniform shop like this for a long time. They carry the right brand of uniforms and do the alterations in store.
My favorite thing is that the store feels comfortable and everyone is super helpful. It feels like a «Val Surf» for cops. Tons of t-​shirts and cool cop toys.
