The food is always really good, but it’s just not consistently the same. I always get the chicken tostada — sometimes it has cheese, sometimes there is no lettuce, it’s always different. They deliver which is a plus!

It’s definitely a hit and miss spot, sometimes their chips are good, sometimes their burritos are good. Just never know.

This is the best Mexican fast food restaurant ever. They use fresh ingredients and their Salsa is what you can get refilled on constantly not because its unlimited but because its so good and tasty. The ceviche has been my favorite lately but if you are not into very sour tastes then you might wanna choose something else. Their fajitas and nachos are great dishes to eat. They have great promotions on different days of the week. Its the only location and its not a chain like other Mexican restaurants so you have to go and try it. The staff are very friendly and take pride in their work.

Been going here since is was wanna iguana. The foods really good for fast food Mexican and they also deliver, which is really hard to find when wanting Mexican food, but not wanting to go out. It’s a very casual vibe, soccer is always on the televisions, Spanish music is always on in the background, the salsa bar is always yummy and consistent, and the horchata on the fountain is delicious! Really good fast Mexican food!

Meh on the food and absolutely the worst in customer service. This neighborhood deserves better, not sure who’s in charge of the upkeep of the«food court» iguanas/Starbucks/donut shop or Wolf Creek but damn it’s dirty.

Ever since my childhood favorite place in the valley closed I’ve been on a search for a replacement or close 2nd. La Iguana came to the rescue. It is really hard to find a good crispy chicken taco that has chicken breast /all white meat. I’ve never been a fan of dark meat so this place is a score for me. The best part? TACOSAUCE!!! It is the closes to my childhood fave’s recipe!!! Another good thing? the pinto beans. They are so fresh & remind me of the ones my mom makes in the winter. It’s a great go to place on the weekends.

I’m amazed I haven’t reviewed this place yet. This place is on point! Hands down my favorite burrito in Santa Clarita. The food here is fresh and the atmosphere is pleasant. The restaurant is SUPER clean and the manager runs a tight ship. The only reason I wouldn’t give this place 5 star is I’ve been left on hold here no less than 10 times; they just need to train their people on phone skills. But the salsa bar, amazing food, and overall great service make this place a very worthwhile stop for lunch or dinner!

This is my favorite fresh mex take out place. I usually get the avocado burrito with black beans and it is delicious. My husband is a fan of the fajita burrito and the kiddos love the quesadilla children’s meal. The service isn’t fast food-fast, but when I call it in, it is always ready by the time I arrive to pick it up. I’ve been frequenting this place for 18 years now and have never been disappointed.

Casual Mexican shop with fun décor. Steak quesadilla is delish! They also have Orange Bang which you don’t see at many places. One con: Salsa bar was in need of maintenance and the selection of salsa were all very watery. But they have Orange Bang, so that cancels that out.

Terrible i asked for a burrito with no salsa and they decided to put salsa in despite what i said. Not to mention the burrito is overpriced for its size. Also the lady at the front taking orders is snobby. I would NOT Recommend.

My family has been going to“Wana Iguana” for many year’s. After tonight we won’t be going back ever again! It’s not the food it’s the staff. After receiving our $ 40 delivery we were missing a large guacamole, I called to let them know and they insisted that it was in our bags, which it wasn’t. The woman on the phone basically said I was lying. She offered to issue a credit towards next time but a few years ago I was delivered the wrong item and they issued a credit which I was never able to use because they claimed it wasn’t written down. For a family oriented inexpensive restaurant the owner needs to step up and get some new workers, especially the Mgr.

I usually love the food here and I like that it’s so close to the house, but some of the employees there are lazy and don’t give very good quality service. Also, just letting you know, make sure that you TELL them you have coupons, just showing up with them is not good enough for them to honor them. I have a ½ off combo coupon I wanted to use for my take-out order and the woman would not honor it because I have to «tell her before hand» over the phone that I had this coupon because she couldn’t void it. I work at a restaurant and the only reason someone won’t void an order is either a.) they’ve already had a lot of voids and don’t want to get in trouble or b.) they’re too lazy to redo. But that’s my money and I don’t appreciate being told bulls**t about my order. They need to step it up, that was honestly ridiculous.

Best Veggie Burrito In Town. Never fails to satisfy my taste buds and my hunger. The employees are always really nice to me too. La Cocina is alright but La Iguana wins in the burrito and vegetarian friendly department. I recommend the veggie burrito. What? You have to eat meat with every meal? C’mon. Live a little. Just try it.

Food was ok, got a super burrito. Probably would have been better if the meat was hot, mine was barely warm. It felt like eating a frozen burrito. At least my daughter liked the chicken quesadilla. Definitely far from being authentic Mexican food

Love the taco duros(beef) they are my favorite. This is just your quick average Mexican American food. Not very authentic but good. I’ve liked this place since it was wanna iguana if your local try it out but it’s nothing special or go out of your way for.

Best place for afternoon snacks. It’s pretty good if you stick to their specials. The corn tortillas are fine and the machaca beef is my favorite. I’m confused by the name because I thought it was Wanna Iguana. For neighborhood Mexican, this place is fine.

I heard a lot of good things about Iguana from people in the neighborhood. I do not live around here, but do come to visit sometimes. I was starving and getting gas right neat by so I decided to give it a shot. I thought I would just get a standard burrito for the sake of comparing this place to some of my more preferred Mexican joints. Maybe I got the wrong item, but the burrito was severely underwhelming. Lacking in meat, rice, and beans it felt small. The salsa was so cold it created pockets of soggy burrito. I did like the taste of the shredded beef, and but burrito was by no means bad, but overall I felt let down here buy a little less than par burrito.

Surprisingly good! For a fast food, cheap place, this place definitely hit the spot. I had the food delivered and I got the chicken tostada, which came with chips and salsa. My friend was obsessed with the black salsa, so she ordered a tub of it. In any case, my chicken tostada was delicious. The abundant guacamole, sour cream, and chicken made it super flavorful. In addition, the perfectly fried crispy tostada crust added to the texture. The chips and salsa were kind of extraneous, but I did like the black salsa. I actually like my salsa a little bit spicy, so maybe next time, I’ll try one of the other types.
