Love this store! I work here now and my parents worked here when I was a young child. Experienced staff and great selection!

The store is OK. I continue to buy my children’s clothes here because they are reasonably priced and good quality. They last. That being said about a year ago I came in with my daughter with a chronic illness. Her illness unfortunately makes it very difficult for her to get around without urgency to use the restroom. This store now has a policy that they do not allow people to use the restroom. I explained to them that my daughter needed the restroom. That it was very difficult for her to walk because she had impaired ankles from her illness and had an urgent need to use their restroom before she had an accident. The staff member, Pam, would not allow her to use the toilet. I explained that she had Crohn’s disease and they were being very unreasonable. That she would not make it to the restroom. So I said to her even though my daughter has a chronic illness and may very well have diarrhea on your carpet any minute now you will not allow her to use the restroom. I was told no. At this point I was getting very angry. I asked for a manager who took forever to come to our assistance and after much deliberation and having to explain all of our medical issues, which should not be required they allowed her to use the toilet … SUPERVISED because they were afraid she would steal something. Really? I wish there was another store where I could shop that has good quality at a reasonable price. Perhaps someone reading this review can give me some recommendations because a store that has no compassion should not even think about being in business. I hope Pam is never in a position where she has a family member with Crohn’s disease or any chronic illness. Her lack of care and compassion was totally baffling to me. Shame on you. You can order product online the problem is they are not very efficient. You’re lucky if they send you the right thing and then on time. It takes a good 10 days BUSINESSDAYS to arrive.

NEVER order from Gap online. Love the products but they were terrible. First they sent order to wrong address, then order was suppose to be one businesss day and 5 days later it appeared but it was incomplete. I had to call a third time to get it complete and randomly they sent it to another person in another state. On my fourth phone call they agreed to resend it but wanted me to pay for it again. NOWAY — do they think people are stupid. Not sure where the customer service is based but they are pathetic!!!

I typically don’t give reviews unless I really like the place or I really disliked the place… In this case, I didn’t like this particular location and wouldn’t shop in there again. I understand it’s the holiday season and it can get hectic. I know that because I work retail too but that’s not a reason why one should be rude to a customer. I came in to get a specific jacket my brother wanted for Christmas. First I asked if they had his size and the employee responded with a tone«whatever we have is out» …okay so I looked around some more then I noticed it was on the mannequin and ask if I can have the one on the mannequin. She made it so clear and obvious that I have bothered her because she even looked at me and was like«ugh okay it’s gonna take a bit.» Honestly her whole«ughh» part was annoying and I could tell she was struggling. She even broke the stand so I was gonna try to help her because I could tell is was gonna fall over and right away she looked at me and was like«No. No, you can’t touch it. It’s a liability.» And I understand the liability part but there are nicer ways to put it and it just wasn’t a way to talk to a customer. She could have said«oh no I’m sorry but we can’t have customers touch the mannequins but thank you for trying to help me.» But the whole situation honestly made me feel like I was such a bother to her. At the end I did buy the jacket but I definitely felt like I shouldn’t have just because of the service. I definitely won’t shop there again. I didn’t get the name of the associate but she’s probably in her 30s, she thin, and has long blonde hair. If you see her, beware. m

I came down for graduation. Weather was colder than expected. So we got my daughter a nice jean jacket. After washing(explaining the no tag) and wearing for a couple of hours, the button came off. I came in to return since they don’t have another one her size(which I knew bc I was there 2 days ago and already order another one online last night since my daughter loves it so much). The Filipino cashier made a comment that I cannot return washed item. Really? The jean button came off within a few hours of wear. Gap was and I hope still is a place of some quality. I might as well go to old navy, whose price is cheaper. Then the manager came over to approve. They both made me feel like I purposely return the stuff. What the hell? So insulting. Will never go back. Awful customer service. How did she become a manager?

Gap is Gap. Every location carries the same clothing and merchandise. What differs per location is the customer service. The employees at this store are pretty rude and make me question whether I want to be a Gap customer in the future. Oh and the furniture in the dressing room is disgusting, stains and all.

Cute clothes, but way overpriced. I like Gap, but really it shouldn’t be as expensive as it is. This is a nice location though. It is organized and has a good selection.

I love the Gap. All my jeans from the time I was old enough to care about the way i dress have been from this chain. I loved them so much I worked for them in my college years. So the customer service I received at this location shocked me. I’m never greeted. Never asked if I need help, and trying to find a dressing room! Forget it. I went across the way to Express and what a difference! The sales people are so chipper and caring. They make me feel like my purchase matters unlike the Gap where they act like it should be an honor for me to give them my money. Such a change from the Gap I knew and loved. Express jeans here I come!
