This location is a disgrace to the chain. And My fam can usually agree to eat zax as we all enjoy the food and service. But this location was out of ice, out of dr pepper, employees were arguing, it took 15 mins to get a salad that looked like it was thrown together and the dinning area is small and crowded compared to others. To top it off it took 10 mins to get out of the parking lot because the exit lane and drive thru are the same so if more than 5 people in drive-​thru you get to wait on the next customers 15 min salad too!

Chicken finger Heaven! Great food, great service, great price! Dependable quality over the years. Nibblers are addictive. Home made potato chips are awesome! Fried mushrooms, finger plates, great sauce, great bread, great fries, incredible milkshakes, etc. This place is what we laugh about as higher end fast food ;) that can be seen in the types of salads offered. Love the Zensation salad! My kids have come to expect Zaxbys at least once a week.

Always yummy food. Service is quick as well. Seems more like a resturant style fast food place. I love their food too. Zaxbys sauce is the best! They do have a small area of outdoor seating too which is nice. Love this place!

Oh Zaxby’s…how I miss thee!
Every time I visit Valdosta, I HAVE to go to Zaxby’s. The closest Zaxby’s to me in Texas is hours away in a far away land that I know NOTHING about, so I have to get my fix when I come home. I always order the Zaxby’s Club, but their Chicken Finger Sandwich as well as their wings are to die for.
Besides the amazing food, the staff is always friendly and the bathrooms are always clean! This is such a plus!
Like, sis, don’t shortchange yourself. Hit up Zaxby’s and have a wing (or ten) for me.

First, you must understand a few things. Unless you plan to order a salad, you gotta take that shit home with you. Why? Because you’re gonna eat it, and it’s gonna taste so damn good. then exactly one hour later — your stomach will return the abuse you have just given it amplified. This is not something we do every day, every week or every month. But there is a certain craving that only Zaxby’s can fulfill. And it’s worth every bit of gastro-​intestinal distress.»
She was right about it all. My car still smelled like fried food the next day just from driving home with it. But damn it, it was good. The best chicken tenders EVER. Seasoned fries, delicious Zaxby’s sauce, texas toast and cole slaw that wasn’t drenched in mayo. So, so good for what it is.
