My boyfriend and I discovered Firehouse Ink on a trip to Valdosta in December 2013, when we came into town for a concert. This past weekend was our second time there. Steve, Ken and Matt are fantastic. We spent 7 hours at the shop after they worked us in last minute during one of their busiest times of the year… being at their shop is like being at someones house. Very comfortable. They are very patient, listening to exactly what you want and taking their time drawing up (freehand at that!) your piece and the end result is always amazing. We’ve had a shop in Tampa that we’ve gone to for years and we now make the (almost) 4 hour drive to Valdosta, GA to get tattooed… and will continue to do so. We also bought an amazing piece of artwork from Steve that he had hanging in his shop. Handpainted… even the frame was handmade. Can’t say enough good things. Also cannot wait to go back!
