Two words, late and unprofessional! My flight is at 5:45 am. I called them yesterday at noon and I requested for pick up at 4:15 am. At 4:16 am, I called the dispatch. He tells me that the car won’t arrive until 4:30 am. I explained to him that I reserved for 4:15 am. He tells me that 4:30 am is good and I’ll still be on time… Long story short, they pick you up when they want, not when you schedule your pick up.
