Today’s appearance was the first I’ve ever been to this store, and I don’t believe it will be my last trip. I had some mobile coupons from DD Perks and they were able to fulfill my order rather quickly and accurately when I came in. No sooner was I done paying than I was handed my muffin(I was still at the ordering counter when it arrived) and moments later at the pickup counter, I received my beverage. Thanks. There was some commotion going on behind the scenes, but I couldn’t quite recognize what exactly was happening. The tables weren’t too busy when I walked in, and I was able to take a spot as soon I received my beverage and needed to sit down. Things were moving. Although I noticed that there is a sofa in this restaurant, I didn’t feel the need to sit on it. I decided the tables suited my needs quite well instead.

Never stir sugar! It always just sits on the bottom unless you specifically tell them to stir it. Never includes napkins unless you ask! I’ve ordered hash browns several times and Three times I’ve had to drive back to get them as they were not in the bag. I now check before leaving.

I’ve been stopping here for breakfast for the last week and a half. The quality of their english muffins and bagels is really sub-par, even for a D&D. Stale to the point of really difficult to chew on several occaions.

I’m surprised it’s taken this long for a review of this particular Dunkin Donuts, as it has a booming business. Maybe it’s because it wasn’t listed yet, or maybe because the Google Maps picture isn’t quite right — it’s actually right at the US9/NY 9H intersection, north of McDonalds, west of 4 Brothers, East of Hannaford, south of the traffic circle. It’s always busy here. Every time I’ve been in, there has always been at least seven people working. The drive-thru business is non-stop. There is a lot of seating in 2 areas. The area closest to the counter has tables and a sofa and a TV for viewing. The other side of the store has bistro-style seating and music. The eating areas and the rest rooms are always clean. The employees are friendly and courteous, and while generally very busy, service is prompt. The one thing that irks me about this location is that you cannot exit by making a left turn onto NY9H south. You either have to go south on US9 and cut through McDonalds, or go north and make a 180 degree at the traffic circle.
