This place is just plain gross. It’s bar food, which isn’t high end. But even for bar food, this place is gross. My friend and I found a bug in our Brussel sprouts and told our waiter. He took it away and said he’d bring us a new one. The one he brought back was clearly the same one, just cooked longer. Gross. I stopped in the other night after a night of drinking and couldn’t even eat the food I ordered because it tasted so bad. Bad and trashy place all together. They should bring back“whitetrash Wednesdays” because it’s very fitting.

Great if you like brown lettuce and dry bun on your sandwich. Overpriced and dirty restrooms. Enjoy!

I have always called this place the fail house. Overpriced beers. $ 8 without tip for a tall one. The people behind the bar are great but they can only do so much… As a local, two tall beers and Wings will set you Back $ 36 or more, should be 20… I call it the fail house for a reason, if you go there, you will not find a diverse group, but rather a plethora of Middle Aged men without jobs drinking away their sorrows…

Good food, friendly and attentive staff. Had a bison burger that was excellent. Sweet potato fries were good too.

Nice atmosphere, good selection of draft beers, staff was friendly & attentive. Green chili is excellent but avoid the flatbread.

Like the size and atmosphere of the joint. Beer prices are very reasonable considering it is in «Vail,» and has great local Colorado brew options. The menu is quite diverse for all types of moods. Had their muffuletta, and it was great. Worth a stop if I the area.

The bartender Casey was miserable! Would of ordered and stayed if she wanted us there. But she was so cranky! Two stars because the décor is awesome;)

We rolled into Vail, looking to meet some friends, they had pulled into a random parking lot. After the hugs, how-ya-doin, and chitchat, plus the long drive, now we were hungry. Not wanting to drive anymore, we consulted the around-me app and discovered several nearby places, and one just 85 yds away… let’s walk… we soon realized, after backtracking a couple of times, then a phone call, the restaurant had recently changed its name… boy were we glad we tried it… the food was fantastic. Sometimes the best places are those you wouldn’t necessarily try. We ordered the Ale house burger, JBA burger, pulled pork sandwich, Asian salad, bacon tomato, and chicken pesto flatbreads, ale house chicken pot pie, kids mac n cheese and of course the chicken fingers. My burger was fantastic, something I noticed in Colorado, they put avocados on everything, and I like it. The flatbreads were delicious, but too much to finish, so they were made into snacks later. The pot pie, is a bit different, it’s more like, thick chicken soup over dense biscuits, but don’t be fooled, it’s scrumptious. This was a wonderful surprise and a great start to a Colorado trip with friends.

I’m going to keep this simple. Wedding rehearsal dinner. #1. Took over an hour to be served. Like they«didn’t know it was happening.» #2 they have upwards of $ 40,000 dollars of sound and video equipment in this place. We wanted to play a 30 second video for the bride and groom. ITTOOKTHEM2 HOuRS TOTELLUSITWASNTGOINGTOWORK. So sad. Half the wedding party left:/ #3 This one speaks for itself, I’m posting a picture of the bathroom.

Service and food was just okay. We both had veggie burgers. Veggie burgers could have been cooked longer; they were mushy in the middle. Brussel sprouts were the highlight of dinner.

We had a large group and had great service! The food was surprisingly really really good and different! I had a chicken sandwich with addictingly good Brussel sprouts. Great beer options for late night. The place is huge, spacious, nice setting for any event. They had live music while we were there. Decent and average pricing for the very expensive valley!

This is down the street from me, and being so new to town, with the good reviews and wanting desperately to avoid the village, I came here with a new friend. Our server seemed a bit flustered, but she was sweet. There was a giant crowd for the NBA Finals, so trivia wasn’t really legit, but happy with the beer selection. Now, I’ve been here a few more times. Several times, actually. It’s not TOO badly priced, still enjoy the good beer selection. The bartenders seem to know the locals, so not sure how many times it takes before they’ll start realizing I’m down the street and in there a lot. Wouldn’t hurt to buy some new pool cues for the tables. Food is definitely overpriced… wish they did a local’s discount or something. But for an occasional beer after work, this is still where I prefer to go.

Wanted a quick lunch while driving through Vail. Upon entering the place was really dark, not much people since it was around 3pm. I sat at the bar and was greeted quickly. The menu was pretty diverse with wings, stuffed jalapenos, flat breads and sandwiches. I went with the pork green chili with corn tortillas, I didn’t feel like spending that much money and it was freezing in there. The chili came out quick with a few big chunks of tender pork. It was topped with cheese and peppers with a toasted tortilla placed in the soup. It was actually a deep cup of soup, just enough for a snack, wouldn’t have filled me up if I was really hungry. I just feel the prices were high and the place was a little too dark for me.

The server was really nice and very professional. We had fish and chips that were your standard fare, the bacon tomato flatbread that was quite tasty, and quite good shrimp tacos with superb black beans.

We really loved this place. We were looking for something new and it was the perfect spot. We had our 3 year old with us and they accommodated kids perfectly with a kids menu, crayons and kids cup. We were also able to enjoy watching the game in a big comfy booth. The server was on top of everything, attentive and the food came out fast. It was hot, fresh and delicious. We ordered the fish and chips, which were very good; the breeding was so yummy. We also got the tomato and bacon flatbread which was great as well, and a pretty good size too! We would definitely come back and order those again or try something new. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it was a little pricey, although it is one of the less expensive places to dine in the area, but everything was great so it doesn’t really matter!

We walked into the bar not expecting much, but both the food and the service were wonderful! Highly highly recommend the brussel sprout side. The burger was juicy and fulfilling as well. The server was also super friendly(maybe I’m just got accustomed to bad service in NYC), and it was a perfect dinner/happy hour after a long day of snowboarding.

Sat down in a back booth in a mildly busy area, waited 10 – 15 minutes nobody ever came over. So we finally moves to the bar and received immediate service from the excellent bartender Kasey. We ordered water and had our apps/dinner there, great service from that point on. For appetizer we had the jalapenos poppers, they weren’t breaded and very different from anything I’ve had before. Spicy and good. Then for dinnerI had the Cajun pasta; delish! It was like a creamy jambalaya, spicy. My husband had the Ale House burger, he said it was good, a 6 out of 10… All in all its a sports bar with the low key sports bar vibe, good for groups and has a full bar.

Extremely nice waitress. Food was way to salty. I had Bacon Tomato Flattered and my boyfriend had Fish Tacos. Way to expensive for quality of food. Waitress was so sweet.

This was our first local meal stop in Colorado after a day of traveling. It was recommend by our hotel check in person. Did not disappoint! It’s a seat yourself pub style place and when there’s a game on the place is energetic(like last night!). We sat down, asked the waitress for suggestions and told her we were from Dallas. She was incredibly helpful with everything we asked her. I had the fish and fries and the MN cider. My husband had the Ruben and a local brew that they had on tap. We also had the bread pudding which was amazing. Good food. Great help!

Must have been an off night for the cooks, my experience was much different than the higher rated reviews. The beer selection is good, I’d come for the beer but not the food. I had the chicken sandwich and it was very tough and rubbery and tiny compared to the colossal bun it was served on. The kids got chicken strips and they were very overcooked and tough(I sampled them to see if they were as rubbery as the sandwich). The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice but it was by far the worst piece of chicken I have had in a long time.
