A great place to get a message if you are visiting the Vail/Avon/Beaver Creek area. Cissy was a great and it was a very relaxing and revitalizing experience. I will definitely return when I’m in the area.

Our family of four booked all four massage therapists on duty for two one hour and two 90 min massages one afternoon over MLK weekend. Every one of us came out happy. We loved them! Mine was transformational. Went back again the next day. That was some seriously therapeutic deep tissue work by Jacob. Thank you, thank you, thank you for providing knowledgable, truly competent practitioners at affordable prices!

I had an amazing 90 minute deep tissue massage with Jacob. They were able to get me and my friend in the last minute. Highly recommended!

Terrific massage! After 3 days of skiing in the bowls my body was complaining bitterly(my sons are telling me it’s old age). I took a rest day and scheduled an appointment with Simply Massage in West Vail. I had a bit of trouble negotiating the bus system(actually I should have just allowed more time). Tip: take the West Vail(Red) bus from the Village Transportation Center. Get off at the Holiday Inn stop. Follow the path behind the bus stop, downhill to the front door of the Holiday Inn. As the business is in the Holiday Inn, I was a bit suspicious. But it is a real presence in the hotel common area. The staff was excellent! I arrived late(because I went to Lionhead first!) for a 90 minute massage. Instead of doing what every other spa in the world would have done, they adjusted my massage for a 60 minute massage! I see some other posts about poor customer service, but I had the opposite experience; They were sweet, friendly, accommodating. I love the online registration system, I wish everyone used it! The massage? Well we all know that it will vary based on who you get and your personal preference. I got Donna Tolley who gave me possibly one of the best massages ever. She is a snowboarder(I still like her though) and she seems to understand the aches and pains of an athlete. She was fantastic. If you are looking for someone strong and knowledgable, ask for Donna. Will I go back? Absolutely, hopefully this week after a few more runs.

BEST deep tissue massage I’ve had in a long time! Casey is wonderful! Came here mid week after 4 days of snowboarding, and it was much needed. I used the online booking to make my appointment and it was super easy. I even rescheduled for a day earlier and was able to get an appointment that same day, no questions asked. If you use the online system to book, there is no paper work to do when you arrive. The price is perfect, too. DON’T PAYMORE in the village, go here!

My boyfriend and I each booked a massage here while on vacation and both were great! My therapists name was Jacob, I highly recommend him! We were able to schedule the day of with ease. Also, we enjoyed the ambiance and the convenient location.

Made an apt for 210am hour long massages for myself and my boyfriends mom. It’s the middle of our ski week so it was much needed. When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation and told us the manager may have accidentally deleted them because one of the therapists called in. I fortunately had a voicemail with their message confirming the apt for proof. So, they offered us a massage in Avon at 1030. Since we really needed the massage we took the appointment and started to head over. On the way to Avon they called us and said their therapists were running late and wouldn’t be in until 1130! Unfortunately we have other places to be today and know that we can’t depend on them to keep an apt and so now we are missing out on a much needed massage. Poor customer service and not professional. At this short of notice it’s impossible to get another massage someplace else. I am totally disappointed and will blame them the rest of the week for my sore muscles :/

Wonderful! I had Jason and he was very professional. The price was so much better than everything else in Vail. It was easy to book, they were very accommodating. Perfect after a day of skiing, highly recommended

Had a one hour massage from Katherine and it was amazing! I was fairly sore and had a stiff neck from a bad spill on the slopes a day prior and decided to treat myself to a massage and rid the misery of being sore and hurting all over before hopping back on a long plane ride the next day. It was probably the best decision I made on my trip to Vail aside from going to Vail. After the massage, I felt renewed and could move my neck again with lightness in my step. Katherine was very attentive and the pressure used was just right(for me, moderate to intense). I would recommend her and the massage was at the right price considering Vail is a tourist hotspot. Another plus, is that the location easily accessible and convenient. .It is right off Holiday Inn shuttle stop on the Vail Loop if you’re staying in Vail without having to drive.

On our last outing to Vail, my mom and I wanted to get massages while the men were golfing. We were staying at Lionshead and we looked around to the surrounding hotels for spas. And HO-LYCOW! We couldn’t find a single place under $ 100 for an hour. Majority of places were asking for $ 120+!!! Being from Kansas City, it’s incredibly easy to find 60min massages for $ 60 – 70, so we were in absolute shock. That is, until we found SIMPLYMASSAGE! They charged $ 60 for an hour and it was the *BEST* massage I have ever had! Located inside the Holiday Inn, we were able to make an appointment for the next day and we only had about a 10min wait once we arrived. I have always had extremely sore shoulders and upper back from sports and when I’ve had massages in the past and told them this, they just went ahead and did a full body like I was any other person. After telling the therapist at Simply about my problem areas, she asked if she could concentrate more on those areas if needed. OFCOURSE, I replied! She did do a full body but spent less time on my legs and really focused the time and energy where I needed it. She was so knowledgeable and you could tell she truly believed in what she was doing. So please, DONOTSPEND $ 150ON A MASSAGEINTHEVILLAGE! Simply Massage proves it doesn’t cost an obscene amount of money to have a great massage. Please go see them! If I lived in Vail, I would be going there monthly!
