You must get over the fact that this place is located in the Vail Village parking garage. The food is amazing and you cannot beat the prices! Forget about eating lunch on the slopes. Ski down to the bottom of the mountain and take a short walk back to the garage for lunch! If you don’t want to move the rest of the day get the Grande Burrito. It’s enough to feed at least two people!

Two words: CRISPYTACOS! My god, these are amazing. I haven’t found another place that does them like this. The meat and shell are fried together, with fresh veggies and cheese on top. It’s so damn good and really cheap. Seriously a hidden gem in Vail Village. I hope this place never goes away.

This place has great food at a reasonable price. It’s also very convenient to the Town of Vail bus. Drinks are pretty reasonable and it’s a great, casual atmosphere to grab a bite in after a day of skiing the mountain.

Tasty food and good value for Vail village. Service was good. Better idea to ski down and eat here than at the Lodges.

Sat for thirty minutes at the bar with the one employee making twenty passes by me without even offering me chips or a drink. This is one of my favorite local places but the service was absolutely atrocious today. I realize it’s a busy weekend powder day but this is ridiculous. After thirty minutes sitting at the bar without service I walked out.

The food here was no good, chicken had no flavor and had a weird texture, I’ll stick to Taco Bell before going here.

Did not like this place at all. Chicken and meat in our tacos were super chewy. I personally think I could get better tacos in Taco Bell.

Not recommended if you want good food, order took way too long. Everything is under 10, it tasted ok.

La Cantina is below the Transportation Office next to the parking garage. Go to Vail Center by car, turn left onto the frontage road. They have a very small sign outside. It is just a hole in the wall, but the food is very good.

So this little place was in a bit of an unexpected location, and the service was not the most friendly. BUT, the food was outstanding. The guac? Come on. So good. And incredibly priced for being in Vail. First meal that my fiancé and I had on our honeymoon, and we were quite satisfied :)

Amazing place that I discovered in the last day. Starting with Salsa bar(6 different flavors), and a variety of foods that will please everyone. We definitely recommend this place. Best food in town.

These guys delivered, we called them 10 minutes before they were closing with a decent sized order. Not only did they get the entire order right, but it tasted awesome. Food was fresh, we would go there again in a heartbeat.

An affordable Mexican joint in Vail? What the fuck? This place is amazing. Taquitos and Margs were great. My boss was 4 hours late so I decided to get drunk here. It was the best decision I made all week. If you are ever in Vail please consume alcohol because everyone here is a complete asshole. Okay. Don’t listen to your GPS! This place is on the 3rd floor of the transportation center near Vail village. I wish I had known about this place when I moved here!

Good American– Mexican, good burger and fries, free chips and salsa bar with a purchase of food. Overall one of my favorite lunch, and Apres ski spots!

This restaurant is a staple for locals and frequent visitors of Vail. Cheap, convenient, and delicious. I recommend the macho burrito and the crispy tacos. Fried on the spot. It may not be what you are looking for if you are on vacation and looking for something nice with ambiance and things like waiters, but it hits the spot for more casual visitors.

This restaurant is in the parking structure at Vail. It’s so convenient to eat, the food tastes good, the portions are huge, it’s cheap, it’s a casual spot, and it has an unlimited salsa bar! What more could I ask for! Finding anything decently priced at Vail is already difficult enough but this place has everything I need. We always come to ski at Vail with a big group so we have tried almost everything on the menu. My favorites are the nachos, the crunchy beef tacos, and burritos. This place is not a fancy sit in restaurant so if you’re visiting Vail and trying to explore the town, I would probably skip out on this place. But if you are like me and coming to enjoy a day on the slopes and don’t want to spend too much time and money for a quick bite, this place would be perfect for you. I enjoy eating here every time I’m in town to ski and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Who woulda thunk this little hole in the wall on the lower level of the Vail Transit Center would be so awesome. Magi Burrito to die for and selection of salsas was amazing.

Order from the register, not table service. Even so, we stood at the register for what seemed like minutes while being ignored. We were given chips, but not actually told they were for us, chips just happened to be placed on the counter. Food was cheap but unimpressive, def worse than Chipotle or Qdoba, e.g. Too loud music blared from some employee or manager’s iPod, which was annoying. If you are staying in Vail on a vacation and looking for good food, pleasant service, or a nice restaurant atmosphere, go elsewhere. If you happen to know the employees there, or just like eating in bus stations, this is your spot!

One of my favorite dive Mexican restaurants. This is a local favorite. The food is cheap and the beer flows like water. Although, I would recommend getting the margaritas. They are delicious and pack a good punch. One of my favorite things about this place is the salsa bar! So many choices and all are delicious. Overall, great place for a quick lunch while in Vail or skiing. Or, one of my favorite apres ski places.

This is located in the parking structure and is almost a closet in the structure. Think a small food stand in a run down mall. But… the food is really good. Not awesome but quite good. It’s plain Mexican food well made. So nothing weird or unusual. The tacos are cooked in the fryer with the meat — the best way to make tacos. The beer choice is decent — a ton of Mexican beers and a couple of micro-brews. It’s cool but not ice cold(like you generally get in Europe).
