At first, I was not impressed by the level of service I was receiving. I entered the store in July, intent on purchasing crocheted winter hats to take back with me. An employee asked if I was looking for something in particular, I responded with «crocheted winter hats.» She said they did not have any and was unable to redirect me to another store that may sell them in the offseason. Disappointed, I started looking at other items in the store. The store manager or owner asked if I needed assistance, and I let her know what I was searching for. She told me she believed she had a few downstairs and brought up three tubs of crocheted hats! She summoned another associate in the store to help me find the sizes I needed. Shopping success! Plus, they have an online shopping location that she referred me to for future purchases, if I am not in the area.
