Called to place a order for a delivery. The employee stated they couldn’t deliver to my address since it’s not in their computer system. I asked for it to be delivered exactly 4.1 miles down the same road they are on. Still refused to deliver, when Google maps on any phone built since 2007 can find my address, well their loss on my business now and in the future. They should update their out dated system or have employees use common sense judgement.

called into store to let them know that i have not received my order online statement showed that my order was to arrive at 1:40 pm. i called in at 2:20pm. Rep Haley said that she was a manager and tried to handle the situation and said she has no order placed at 1:10pm but handed the phone over to Hannah because she was asking me for a ticket number that doesn’t exist on an online order. while speaking with hannah she said that she personally called the phone number that was on the order and confirmed the phone number with the person who answered the phone. i asked her to call the phone number again to show her mistake that she is unable to dial a phone number correctly. when she said that there is nothing that she can do for me she hung up on me. i called back to get names and information to contact higher management to complain which she refused to give me. she stated that she will be blocking my account from ordering any pizza in the future. I’m pretty sure im done with pizza hut.

From my first and only experience here we had our order delivered and it was wrong and they forgot some of it. I called to have it fixed and the manager told me to come and pick it up myself if I wanted it changed. I was told if I wanted my correct order delivered, I have to pay another delivery charge. I told her that wasn’t going to happen and she laughed and said then I guess you can just keep the one you have. Check all the other reviews from here. They mostly all bad.

Pizza tasted good, but this was the worst pizza order and delivery experience ever. They charged my credit card twice and took almost 2 hours to deliver the pizza! Definitely will not be ordering from them again.

I tried to order a pizza delivery online but it wasn’t working. Waste of my time. I ain’t got all day. I work for my family and I had no time to cook dinner for my kids. I called them and this lady who tried to take my order gave me a lot of attitude. Then when I ordered my pizza. They said they don’t deliver where I live. That’s a lie because I ordered pizza there bout a week ago. She needs to get fired or arrested because that’s discrimination. I am extremely offended. Worse experience ordering pizza in my life! Now I hate Pizza Hut forever.

I ordered from Pizza Hut for a long time and I used to love it. But tonight I think I’ve changed my mind. I ordered Pizza, pasta, and wings around 5:47. I was told it would be delivered around 6:50. It is now 7:21 as I write this, and my food has not been delivered. Over the past few months the service of this store has dropped drastically. I may not be ordering from Pizza Hut again any time soon.

This was an awful experience from this Pizza Hut. I ordered at 7:29 pm to be delivered. The person taking my order didn’t understand English well. I had to repeat my name & phone number 3 – 4 times. It was frustrating. I was told delivery in 15 – 20 minutes. At 8:14 pm, still no pizza. I called them back It would be there in 10 minutes but I gave you a free 2 liter. No thank you. I drink diet soda not regular soda. Finally, the pizza arrived at 8:31& the tag said manager. I told her it was the worst customer service & I’d never order from Pizza Hut again. All she said was«sorry» & left. I gave no tip. The pasta was cold. Not a good experience at all. Ticket #116 Pizza Hut # 11701 I feel I should be reimbursed for the entire order. Review is for customer service, specifically for an employee named, Christina. I had the great displeasure of being«helped» by said employee this fine Saturday evening. While I can empathize with workers who are less than thrilled to be employed in such establishments as Pizza Hut who work weekend shifts; I do not appreciate out right rudeness. Christina did not hide or mask her obvious and extreme irritation at customers. Being that it is a Saturday night, a lot of people wanted pizza and being that she is employed at a pizza franchise one would assume that young Christina would expect many people to come into Pizza Hut to order food, as per custom at such a place. But not young Christina. No, she looked pissed off as the line for pick up grew from 2 customers to 5 customers. And instead of politely informing the waiting customers that due to heavy business, there would be an unusually longer wait for orders. No, young Christina decided to go out of her way to be rude and say, «I have no idea when your order will be put in so…» Obviously, this raised a few eyebrows of the waiting customers. Young Christina– I hope you are aware there are at least 3 visible camera in the main lobby of Pizza Hut. Even if there is no audio, the expressions on your face are easy to read. Maybe you should look at the tapes and see how you present to customers. I am assuming you willingly chose to work at Pizza Hut. If it’s that bad– maybe, reconsider your career in the customer service field. Maybe it’s not your strong suit, young Christina.

I ordered 2 with stuffed crust. They called me 10 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up to tell me it has to be a large in order for it to be stuffed crust. I told them that it was fine and I’d wait for them to make the stuffed crust. 20 minutes rolls around, mind you I ordered online at 8:46am and was supposed to pick it up at 12:45pm. When I got the pizzas… no stuffed crust. Lol what a joke. You’ve got to be one dumb blank blank to not understand simple directions. After speaking to the employee, he said,” yeah you put your order at 8 but we don’t open til 11.” «Okay, but that still doesn’t explain why you waited 10 minutes before I picked it up to tell me about the ordering issue.» *pause*… Please try again. Anyway, I took the pizzas and left. Last time I ever go there.

I’m only giving one star because I like the pizza. The costumer service is absolutely horrible. We placed an order online to be delivered, waited an hour and called the store to see if maybe the order didn’t process. Called the store and no one answered. We called a few more times and were immediately put on hold. After waiting on hold for about 10 minutes we hung up and called back again and before the girl could put us on hold, we let her know we already placed an order and wanted to see what the hold up was. She said she’s waiting for a driver to pick it up… It has been an hour… At least muster up some customer service skills to call us and let us know it will be a little while, since you don’t have a delivery driver available, for whatever reason that may be at 8:00 on a Tuesday night. Not only did she lack in the customer service department, she was also very rude. We told her to go ahead and cancel our order since it would have been over an hour and a half since we ordered, by the time we got it. Such a disappointment !!! The pizza isn’t bad, but it’s also not worth the wait and terrible customer service at this location. Pizza Hut fail.

Whelp, the pizza was good but the service was horrible & the website says they do military discount so with that being said I went into the store instead of having it delivered since the military discount is only valid if you pick up per the website., but when I went in the man said they do not honor the military discount at all. So I wasn’t given any discount what so ever. I couldn’t felt eve it. False advertisement. So mad.

Very poor customer service, waited five minutes with no help she kept on saying she will be right with me but never come up to the counter. I seen her in the back breaking down boxes, no wonder they are hiring. The place was very dirty. Wasn’t busy at all. Won’t be back. Buyer beware.

I ordered by phone and triple verified for a medium pizza and 8 wings. I was told it was a long wait average of 2 hours. 1 hr 30 mins came with pizza, no wings. Driver took my receipt, I called the location to inform. They said they’re informed by their driver and it’s being baked. 1 hr 15 mins later, a second driver comes with the wings that are cold and wrong flavor based of the phone order triple verify. Busy weekend is the acceptance, but most other companies still deliver on what’s verified and make up for their mistakes, earning continuous returning customers. At least they didn’t completely forget my order…

So, I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in about 3 years. Today I felt like some cheap pizza, and I remembered that Pizza Hut used to have a 10 $ anything pizza. I decided to check online, and found they changed the menu A LOT. It has so many new things! No 10 $ deal though, but the 7.99 two-topping large is still a good deal. Go to pick it up pretty much right on the dot when the online timer says it’ll be ready. Customer service rep rang up my order, threw her customer service survey shpiel at me,(which might I say is a MOUTHFUL. Jeez Pizza Hut, you can tell they don’t like doing it either) and told me it would be ready in a few minutes. Added a drizzle on it too, cause I didn’t see it on the website. Pizza looked amazing, and it tasted amazing. Especially for the price. The pan crust is amazing, pretty sure they still make their dough in the store. The customer service was okay too. I see a lot of people complaining about delivery being late. It’s almost unanimous! Glad I didn’t do delivery. I think it deserves the four star regardless for the food being as good as it was. If you’re reading this, and considering getting it, you should probably do carry-out.

Terriible delivery We ordered our pizzas at 10 pm told it would be 15 minutes. 1030 rolls around and we are getting impatient but understanding. 1045 comes and goes 1050 we decide to call and nobody answers 11 call nobody answers 1115 call still no answer at this point we leave to get something else to eat for our kids 1145 the delivery boy meets us in hall way Asks us to call and cancel and again no answer and tells us well we are. CLosed I am only giving a star because they actually were willing to deliver to our hotel.

Second time here was much better than our first a few months ago. The gentleman at the counter was friendly, and our pan pizza was cooked thoroughly and tasted great. Ordered for carry out and it was ready at the estimated time.
