Harry’s Famous Pizza

Love this place! Great food, with quick and friendly service.
If you’re in the mood for something different, try the white pizza or a turkey sub! Those are my favorite! The onion rings are awesome too.
I saw another review that they don’t take credit or debit cards and that is absolutely false! They take everything!

Been going to Harrys Pizza for years, really good pizza and the grinders are good. Like the meatballs and Harrys special. Wraps are the best.

Better bring cash if you want to eat here no credit, or debit taken to keep overhead down.
The pizza is pretty good and the sandwiches are ok if you don’t want to cook. Hey it’s a pizza joint they are a dime a dozen. You be the judge.

No fridge for a few weeks so we’ve been eating here a lot! Kids love the pizza & the dinner plates are very good — gyro plate is my new favorite.

Got a large half cheese and half everything pizza (minus the ham, bacon, sausage, and anchovies cause anchovies are icky and im allergic to pork) and… IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! I was super impressed it was prefect and I had it delivered during a Thursday lunchtime and it took about 40 minutes and I live about 15 away and it was delivered nice and hot (almost as hot as the delivery boy xD) can’t wait til I go back for more!

Only pizza shop I will go to! Love supporting local business and LOVE great pizza. The subs and salads aren’t half bad either :)

Nothing really sets this place apart, however I will say that there are at least 3 other pizza places in Uxbridge alone and Harry’s is my go to. I’ve eaten at all of them and this is my favorite. I personally enjoy the Harry’s Special sub and their steak and cheese is OK as well. They have a good deal on large cheese pizzas Sunday through Thursday ($ 6 – 7 I think). The pizza is pretty average, but consistent. I can’t speak to the delivery as I always pickup, but the people behind the counter have always been nice to me.
They have screwed up orders before (ex. forget a topping on a sub, no marinara sauce for a calzone, toast a sub we wanted cold), so they’re certainly not perfect.

I ended up at Harry’s after a long bike ride looking for a bite to eat, and only checked its Unilocal reviews after already ordering food. I saw 1 and a half stars, and immediately though «oh no». However, I was impressed with this place, and it appears the negative Unilocal reviews are more about their poor delivery service than their food. The food was prepared to order and was good. In addition, the interior was very nicely decorated and felt very cozy. I disagree with many of the previous reviewers and would return to Harry’s again.

Ugh how I wish some other pizza joint would move across the street and put this place out of its misery. I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes but when I arrived 20 minutes later I was told it would be just a few more minutes. I could tell that they had just forgotten about the order. Not to mention, they also pulled the whole «our credit card machine is down» thing forcing me to go across the street to a gas station with a $ 2.00 ATM charge.
I know, children in Africa are starving and my problems are small in comparison but honestly Harry’s, get your ish in order.
All this being said, therir pizza is actually decent for a small town pizza joint. Just be prepared to roll your eyes at least once.

I can’t speak to the delivery issue that many complain about, but I can say I’ve frequented this place for lunch for the last 14 years and I’ve always enjoyed it. Best Buffalo Chicken Pizza I’ve ever had, hands down!

I find it funny that of the 15 pics posted on here only three are of the food and two are of the same pizza. That tells you a lot.

Their food is mediocre, but their delivery is horrible. Every time I order something from there it takes over an hour or the driver gets lost.

Can’t understand the poor reviews. Went today to get a gluten free pizza. It’s DELICIOUS! I got bacon and onions on top and my order was correct although to be far, it was 3:30 on a chilly Sunday afternoon… Still delicious! Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is bc they told me 10 mins and it took closer to 20. But I did just walk in and order rather than order ahead. Still, will definitely come again!

Just go to the northbridge Harry’s

A few years ago, this place was a safe bet for delivery, but I have not tried it in over a year, since getting disastrous results three times in a row. Really dreadful food. I hope they have improved, but I’m too put off to try it again unless someone I trust tells me it’s safe.

Do NOT order delivery! Every single time we have ordered delivery, they have gotten our address wrong and called an hour later asking where we live, and low and behold, cold food! So frustrating. The pizza may be decent but just not worth the trouble.
Also, never ever order the tuna… it’s literally 99% mayo and 1% tuna. absolutely disgusting.

Don’t even bother.
Today I ordered a greek salad pocket, chicken wings, and a pepsi. The only thing right about the order was the pepsi.
The «greek salad» consisted of shredded lettuce and onions. Oh and 1 tiny piece of tomato. No feta cheese, no green peppers, no black olives. They also gave me ranch dressing. I tried it, definitely ranch dressing, not exactly my favorite.
I also ordered the 5 piece chicken wings. What I received were 5 buffalo wngs, and I was charged for 10 buffalo wings. I can’t eat buffalo sauce (allergy related) so I promptly called to let them know my order was wrong and wanted a refund/​replacement. They told me that what I received was correct and refused to change anything.
$ 18 for a crappy «greek» salad pocket, buffalo wings, and a pepsi? Are you kidding me?
Very happy I paid with my debit card. I absolutely refuse to pay for food that is now sitting in the garbage.

This place is a total rip-​off. They prey on the small town of Uxbridge because there is very little in the area, especially for delivery. The food is nothing special. The only reason we frequent here is because there really aren’t any better delivery options in this area
Standard, Greek greasy pizza joint. They put something in the sauce that makes my stomach do flips. Not pleasant. They are very over-​priced. $ 7.00 for a chicken wrap and $ 5.00 onion rings is quite steep. If they get your order wrong, they do not give any discount or refund. They just messed up our entire order and when we called, they said, «Well, you still got food.» REALLY? We had them come take the wrong food and give us the money back. They made no offer to send the correct order.
On an unsafe note, when you give them your credit card info for delivery orders, they write it down on your order sheet, you may or may not get that «original» piece of paper. We’ve had to ask for it, otherwise your credit card info goes into anyone’s hands. The delivery driver said once, «Well, I’ll throw it away.» Um, please. In this day and age, they can’t put it through the machine or computer as you give it to them? This will be our LAST order from Harry’s Lousy Pizza.

Harry’s is a pretty good pizza /​sub shop right in downtown Uxbridge. It’s had the same owners for as long as I can remember, at least fifteen years. They do take credit cards, which isn’t true for some of the other pizza joints in neighboring towns like Douglas or Whitinsville.
I eat here at least once a week. When you order, be prepared to wait a few minutes longer than they say for the food to be ready, and most importantly, your order will be wrong one out of every three times. Sometimes it’s something basic like forgetting to remove tomatoes from your sandwich, but more often than not they flat out give you the wrong food. They usually apologize when they screw up but they never offer any kind of refund or discount.

This is the middle of the road pizza joint in Uxbridge. The pizza is pretty good but the delivery takes forever, and half the time the order is wrong or missing something we specifically asked for. I have issues with them about one out of every four times I order which isn’t really a great track record. They do have really good toasted subs. I’ve never eaten in the restaurant so I can’t vouch for that. I’ve also had the delivery driver tell me before that the owner is a jerk… so that didn’t instill much confidence in me.
All in all, between Niko’s, Harry’s and Hide-​a-​way in Uxbridge, I give this place the middle of the road, Hide-​a-​way as #1, and Niko’s as a far distant 3^rd.
