Gamestop

I had years of good experiences with game stop. those years are over. i pre ordered a game i was promised would be midnight released and they did not open. yet another store in the same district did, so why did this store not? also why did the other store not call other stores for similar pre orders. i preordered a game at this store and they gave it to someone else because it had more the 24 hours??? no call no nothing, not even a sorry let me see if we have it somewhere else, i went to best buy to get it. the employees always treat me like crap and act like they don’t have time for me, also they hold amiibos for their friends. their is one girl there that is constantly rude to me, i have complained yet still there. i have not been there in some time, but after tiring to get a hold of the manager for an even bigger issue and getting no call back i decided to tell part of my tale. not to mention the Rochester road one has the rude staff as well, still nothing happens game stop just does not care
