Only BK on my way to work because the 2 others have closed… probably because they sucked almost as bad as this one. Ordered: Ham Croissant meal with large coke. Handed: Beverage cup covered in coke on the outside, no straw, and 1 bag Get to work and bag contains: Hash rounds and smooshed cold SAUSAGE croissant, no straw. I’ve had my order wrong and bad service here before and they’ve not been open long, but this was the worst I’ve gotten from any restaurant… ever.

Friday 11−21−14 this location did very well. Ordered a Whopper Junior & a medium Oreo Shake. Order was assembled correctly & time spent in the drive thru was minimal

Worst customer service, charged different amount than what the sign said, when I questioned it both workers said I was wrong. Talked to the manager and she said there is nothing they can do it was an old sign…

They’ve fucked up my order 3 out of 4 times I’ve been there. And we’re not talking condiments(which i can somewhat understand) but me ordering a double burger or a double bacon cheeseburger and getting only 1 patty. So I’m straight up not getting food i paid for. The only time they got it right, ironically, was when I was using a coupon I got because they messed up my previous two burgers. When I gave them another shot after that, ordering a double bacon cheeseburger, i again was greeted by one lonely looking patty when i got home. I know working from minimum wage sucks but thats no excuse to so competely fail at your job! I always use the drive thru so maybe that’s the problem. But I will never go to this burger king again — three strikes!

Well they are still the SLOWEST Burger King in Metro Detroit, still the dirtiest and still the most inaccurate. Nothing has changed here.

I’ve gotta admit, I was pretty«jazzed» about the Freestyle Coke machines that this place has when I first tried ‘em, but after a few more visits, the novelty has certainly worn thin. Also… after reading another person’s review for this place, I’d say that they have a «quality control» problem at this particular location. The last time I was there(to take advantage of BK’s BOGO Chicken Sandwich offer), I asked for a Chicken Club and the Italian Chicken. Well… first thing was, the girl behind the counter offered up my tray with ONLYONE chicken sandwich on it!!! WTF? I knew THAT was wrong right away… although at first I questioned if that was even MY order? I don’t understand why the employees at this place don’t just call out the ORDERNUMBER when saying that an order is ready. I don’t get it? Instead they just start rattling off the items that you’ve ordered. How silly is that? It would be SOMUCHMOREEASY to just say«ORDER251», instead of «Chicken Sandwich, Onion Rings, etc…». That is just SOSTUPID! Who the heck thought that THAT would be a good way of doing things? Here Burger King goes to all this trouble printing out receipts with order numbers printed right on the top of the slip(so everyone can EASILY read it), and you’re NOTEVEN going to use it??? Naaa… let’s do things the HARD way and call out individual items ordered… that’ll work just fine, yep… NOPE! So… anyway, after correcting the girl(to actually get my TWO chicken sandwiches), I take my tray to a table only to find out that my Italian Chicken Sandwich has just about NO marinara sauce on it! I mean, it’s like the smallest amount of sauce that I have EVER seen on a sandwich(literally)! It was a joke! There was such a lack of sauce that the bun had actually«sucked» it all up, to the point of there being no more sauce(except for what the bun«ate», friggin’ lucky bun). So… I took it back up to the counter to have ‘em fix it(and they did), but even the employee working the register made a comment about how«sad» my sandwich looked(with hardly ANY sauce). Then, on a previous visit, after ordering a Whopper Combo meal, my Whopper was VERY average and quite dry. I mean, c’mon people… the Whopper is BK’s signature burger and if you can’t even do a good job making one of those, then you have PROBLEMS. So, YES… this place has problems! And THEN… back on my very FIRST visit to this location, I had ordered the BK Chef’s Choice Burger only to get this«burger-thing» with no bacon and hardly ANYOTHER toppings(so, it was obviously made incorrectly). I had to take THAT back up to the counter as well to finally get a properly made sandwich. So… if you’re keeping track… that’s THREESTRIKES, and you know what that means! Maybe this place has a large number of «NEW» employees(being a somewhat new location and all), but still… that’s NOEXCUSE for poor quality. If you’re looking for some DECENTBK food, I’d suggest trying elsewhere…
